Right now, I had to help another friend of mine this morning to delete a friend of theirs on FB that has been hit by this hacker that has been attacking people nearly left and right on almost every one's list.
Usually it's a facebook invite to a fake profile.
But another way this guy tries to get people into his sphere of orbit is this favorite M.O. (Method of Operation... EMAIL!:

The above is the method of Email that is being sent out to some people on Facebook and to various emails from this hacker. I only changed the screen name of the person because the real hacker has been reported for using my friend's screen name on Facebook.
Now some of the things that tips you off to this fake message message are these. I have bolded several areas for your reading: 1. When this guy mentions a lot of "money", it's an eye catcher. In other words, if you are deaf and in an economic situation, people are going to be looking for fast money to make. This guy is looking for a fast buck for himself or better yet, your information to steal.
2. "deaf help commission". Folks NO SUCH deaf help commission exists. I searched. It's NOT there folks..
3. if the guy in the email says to you "I saw your name and the man told me you won too", He's just started his bull shit line and hopes the deaf person he's trying to scam off of is low educated and isn't wise to the world. So he's hope to tell you that you won some non-existent prize that you never entered. His goal is to say.. "you won".. but the only thing the guy wants to win is your trust and info.
4. When he tells you how to claim your money through an email link he says of, DON'T DO IT! Don't give him any chance to do anything to you.
Whatever happens, do yourself a favor. Do NOT email the guy any info! Of the invite or the email of the screen name of your friend, you may not have any choice but to do the de-friending and click on report/block on it.
report as a phishing scam situation right on face book. If you know your friend's text message pager or VP, tell him/her that their FB or email account has been compromised.
As long as we are all on alert, we can continue to ask questions and defeat this hacker that is raiding our community here. We must also hope that Facebook will put stronger security measures up and make it more restricted and harder to log in. It may not be easy to do, but our social network is being destroyed by this person and that can't not be tolerated nor ignored.
Let's work together and defeat this hacker!

Scammer atttacks the Deaf Community on FaceBook!
G'day Everyone!
The time has come to expose those owners on WWW.Facebook.com. Especially since the deaf community is getting scammed left and right by hackers. Lately hackers have been taking over AOL Instant Messengers (AIM), Taking over Yahoo Instant Messengers, taking over AOL mail, Yahoo email. and God knows what else.
The result is very awful. It damages friendships and it sends everyone to try to re-establish their Facebook connection to the deaf community.

I am asking many people to very careful on FaceBook. Remove any information that you don't want used against you on Facebook.. especially your birth date!
FaceBook needs to strongly improve it's security out there. But the more the Deaf Community gets scammed and hurt by the fake profiles, the more that someone becomes a victim of ID theft, the more likely that Facebook will wind up into a legal battle that they might not ever recover from.
So if Facebook doesn't take their security seriously, then we, the Deaf Community, should take our security seriously.

1984 George Orwell is here!
G'day Everyone.
A long time ago, my father told me and I read in automotive news that gave me one serious advice: Inspect underneath your car once in a while. Usually once a month or whenever you have your car serviced by the garage.
Know why? Two serious news links you ought to read today:

Now, if you find something out of order or something not suppose to be there, don't touch it. Anything that looks like a black box or device is more likely has been placed there by someone else. Instead, take pictures with it a digital camera. Head to the nearest lawyer's office. Chances are some one's been tracking you for some reason.
So suppose you don't have a tracking device underneath your car? You may say: "but Sherlock I am ok, am I?".
Well, let me ask you this: Do you got a built in GPS system on your cell phone? Don't ever bother to activate it.
Do you got a tomtom or any other type of a GPS navigation system in your old car? The gov't can track you with that.
I am aware that newer cars are now being built with not only a GPS navigation system built-in, but also an ON-Star service system too. Law enforcement can track you through that too.
George Orwell, in his book of "1984", described of what was coming down the road for our society. He had a feeling that terrorism was going to change the face of our society a whole lot more than it was before.
It's now 26 years since 1984. Has George Orwell been right? The debate is far from it's conclusions.
But now the big constitutional question is, can the government as well as law enforcement be allowed to track it's citizens?
That will be a question for the U.S. Supreme Court to consider one day. It will be a sticky decision that will impact it's nation citizens.
My concern is this: Law enforcement better be making good use of the GPS tracking to really track after the bad guys. Because if they track an innocent citizen that not broken any laws, it will be an ugly legal mess some day.
My hope is that George Orwell is wrong, but some times I think we're about to call ourselves "The Fatherland" some day, which is what Orwell said we might do.

Summer's last weekend is here.
G'day Everyone.
The last weekend of August is traditionally looked upon as the last weekend of Summer. This is that last weekend that is here already. In my area, it's the Little League World Series. Starting tomorrow night, my home town of Williamsport, PA is going to be having a major party to kick off the next two days (Saturday and Sunday) of the consolation games and the Championship of The Little League World Series. It will be on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNHD. So get ready. This going to be one wild weekend of a party. By Monday, the city will calm down and all the kids will be on their way home. By Tuesday, it'll be business as usual.
When next weekend of September 3-6 (Labor day weekend) happens, it's view as the farewell to summer and the celebration to the start of Fall, as well as for the students who all realize that it's time to go back to school. College Football will be under way and the NFL season will begin.
Summer has been gentle to say good-bye and giving away to the season of Fall at nights. We may soon face the Indian summer days as well.
So whatever you are planning on the next two weekends, make it a good one.

Philly requires bloggers to have a LICENSE!

The City of Brotherly Love is no longer a Brotherly Love any more. Especially for Bloggers!
If you live in Philadelphia, PA and you run a blog on your website, God forbid you should be selling or advertising something on your webpage!

A friend of mine who lives in Philadelphia, who asked not be named here, has gotten together with a group of bloggers and they are consulting with a lawyer. He has said this to me: " The State of Pennsylvania's budget has become a major mess in this state of economics happening in our nation's worst time. Since Philadelphia was expecting to get some state money to fill their budget gaps, they are not getting anything because of the budget mess created by our out-going Gov. Ed Rendell. Now Philadelphia is so hard up for cash, they're hitting all the bloggers they can get their hands on. If that law passes this September, it'll either go into a full court battle mode (which will cost the city money to defend themselves) or we're all going to move OUTSIDE of Philadelphia's taxing reach.".
In other words: this is becoming a testing ground by Philadelphia to see how much money they can get off people who write for the fun of it as well as for those who do blog and sell on the 'net. Because if Philadelphia gets successful in this, the blog world, even the deaf blog world, will have to consider the end of their sites in order to avoid being "taxed" for the right to blog. This battle will be closely watched.
Philadelphia just opened up a big blog war for itself. So who will win in the end?

Eggy mess it is!
G'day everyone!
It's a very big egg mess in the USA. When Chicken farms that produce eggs do not follow food safety protocols, bad things happen.

The food problems that our nation has been having over the years has been increasing very much. The egg production mess is the very latest. If companies do not take serious concerns over the safety of the food in the company, then they deserve to be forced out of business.

Having an off day.
G'day Everyone.
Well, yesterday's post is just about right on target of everything about the Little League World Series (LLWS). Except the Grand Slam Parade that kicks off the LLWS wasn't happening yesterday!! Well, it took a trip to Downtown Williamsport to see that and then realize it was Wednesday yesterday, not THURSDAY as it's today for this post.
I kind of blame on my previous adventures I had in the last few days. If you have never visited the PA Grand Canyon in your life in Wellsboro, PA, I would tell you GO and VISIT! I went to Wellsboro this previous Tuesday. I took an adventure in which was more than I could handle of. Some adventures, you should have someone with you and that's my greatest advice. Have someone go with you because you never know what could happen to you.
When I went to Wellsboro to visit the wonderful Grand Canyon at the Leonard Harrison State Park, I instantly knew I was going to HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. I had nobody with me on this trip and what I planned to do? I was going by the seat of my pants and trusting my life to God. As I looked over this park, it was a wonderful outdoor view. I thought this was going to be a simple adventure. UNTIL IT TOOK A TURN!
Looking over the park map, I saw many of the paths it had. But then I saw the words "Falls" on the map. I said to myself: "oh no. I'm a waterfall addict. It's a *MUST SEE* now!". I never realized that I bit off MORE than I could handle that day. There's a walking path to the falls on the Turkey Path. It looks easy, but it was very dangerous, rocky, and narrow path! Just how much of a challenge I had? A lot! I had to keep my wits about me at all times. There were moments I nearly fell down the mountain, but saving my butt by quick thinking.
The one thing I do credit is the yearly adventures I had when I was young and in the Boy Scouts of America. My troop of Fairport 142 always went on a mountain climbing and narrow path walking just about every year. They teach you every thing you need to know about mountain safety and mountain survival skills.
Going down the mountain carefully, you had to navigate the rocks on the paths, deal with foot bridges, and being careful to watch for dangerous insects and animals. At the same time I took more than 350 pictures of my adventure and detailed my journey. I was rewarded with views of the falls in the sunlight. The pictures were very unique. Getting to the end of the turkey path may seem easy.
It's going back up that became the bigger challenge. The sign said that the round trip to the falls is about 1.5 hours. That is if you are a thin and healthy person. But some people being fat and some being disabled, it can seem a lot longer than that.
I went down that turkey path and came back up on it as well. It was a challenge. I had to go careful because I have never been on it before. I did want someone to go with me. There were times I was scared on it that something might happen to me and I'd never be coming back alive. But gaining back to the top of the hill? I felt like I made a personal accomplishment.
After a good dinner and a nice drive home, I was in leg pain for a while. Like I said yesterday was a recovery too.
So now today is going to be LLWS kick off day. It should be a grand evening to see the parade.

Williamsport Hosts the Little League World Series 2010!
G"day Everyone!
Right now, my hometown is just in the final stages of preparation for this week. The next 10 days will be in Little League Baseball Mania Craze here. The teams have been arriving by plane, bus, and car for the last few days. Every hotel room is booked full to the brim and you'd have to really go out of your way to find a room if you wanted to be here now.
So, what team is here this year for the Little League World Series (LLWS) 2010?
We'll go pool by pool of 4 teams:

The weather will play a lot into the games. The blimp is expected to be here today as well.
I know Seek Geo was going to stop in and see the games. But he's tired from his trip. So many next year, he and Jes can come up to my neck of the woods in August 2011 and see the games.
Someone asked me if Obama is coming up here. Security at the Little League world series is already tight as it is. But hopefully he will NOT come here.
Over all, this should be a good LLWS here this year. Don't expect to see me at the game. I'll be content to watch it on TV here.
For those traveling on Route 15 in my area, please use extreme caution. Police will be out in force.

GOD CONVICTS BLAGOJEVITCH AND BROTHER: GUILTY!
G'day Everyone.
As expected in this case, Blagovitch and his brother escaped some serious charges today in court.

While the current court and it's jury only found him guilty on one court and his brother deadlocked, the prosecution says "we'll seat another jury and try again!" Blaojevitch says he'll appeal the stupid conviction.
Unfortunately, Blagojevitch and his brother better start praying soon. Because in God's court and when they die and show up in it: He and his brother are already found GUILTY OF ALL COUNTS OF SINFUL LIFE and declared that he and his brother MUST DIE! They'll be first put in hell.. then lake of fire!
I say seat A NEW JURY! GET THEM ALL FROM ALASKA. Then the prosecutor will get his conviction! I personally believe the jury was tainted from day one of that trial.
Blago better take the prison deal instead of hope for a second dead lock! I personally believe the second jury will do the job right.

Obama.. dumbed down and out.
G'day Everyone.
When you sit at your TV today and you watch President Obama, you have to ask yourself a question: "Is this the Person I elected for change?"

Now as we get into 2010 itself, we have to ask ourselves a huge question: Did we pick the wrong president as a nation? If so, Then it's clear that Hilliary Clinton should be the President of our time right now.
But at the same time, we could be closer to an impeachment more than ever. WHY?
Ask any New York City person and they will tell you that they will FIGHT to protect the area of GROUND ZERO! Last month, the NYC Landmarks commission decided that the Muslims can build a NEW mosque center near the Ground Zero towers area. Cultural impertinence? Muslims spreading the freedom of their *peace*?
Unfortunately, I disagree along with a chorus of millions of other New Yorkers and across the nation.
But when you hear President Obama speak today:

Did he just talk himself into an impeachment of his job? Former President Bush would have OPPOSED the Muslims from building near the ground zero area. After all, a radical Muslim group of fanatics went and stole two planes full of people and crashed into the world center on September 11th, 2001. That's known as 09/11/01 in our nations history which is celebrated as 9/11 day or Patriotic Freedom day.
When you get a very INSENSITIVE Muslim group that wants to build a mosque near ground zero, they're stepping on the toes of New Yorkers and everyone that lost people in that area. With the President backing them, it's clear that Obama's job is now in deep trouble. If it's not the Gulf of Mexico problem, it's ground zero that is his headaches.
In the next few weeks, there is no doubt that there will be court fights and lawsuits to come around ground zero area. Will the Muslims win? or will they realize their cause of building a mosque there is doomed to be a lost cause? If they waited till 2021, we could, as a nation, accept them building a mosque then. But in this time of terror war going on, this is the wrong time to do it. Especially with the 10th anniversary of the 09/11/2001 bombing coming up in 2011.
It is my very plea to the Muslim group to rescind their plan to build a mosque near ground zero. For President Obama? I'd say Step down, sir. Your recent speech may very well help the republicans paint you in a bad light and make it clear that your democratic members will be lost cause in the control for congress this fall.
We wanted a President to SAVE this nation from the problems that Bush created. But we see failure and more problems coming now for our nation. Perhaps this fall, it will be a time to change the power of congress from Democratic control to republican control. OR better yet.. have some more INDEPENDENT people in congress for a season!

Micah Brown pleads: GUILTY!
G'day Everyone.
It is a sad Thursday. Nobody didn't want to break the news to me. I had to find out for myself. The news came to me and now it's ripple effect through the deaf blog world.

Well, as you read the article, he pleads guilty to the state charges of 1-3 years. But the Federal charges would put him in prison for more than 10 years and he'll be required to be registered as a Sexual Offender for life.
I can believe Micah will never be around the Internet or the blog world from this time on. While he pleads Guilty, his sentence will be formal on Sept 8th, 2010 for the state court. But that may be on hold till his Federal court sentence happens.
I can only hope Micah survives his life in prison.

Flight attendant flips out.
G'day Everyone.
There are quiet ways to quit your job. There are creative ways to quit your job.
But what about the spur of the moment when your job gets to you?
This one man had such a moment in his life:

For Steven Slater, this was his spur of the moment saying that he had enough of his flight attendant job. But know what? I'd like to see that passenger, who disrespected Steven Slater, arrested and charged with attempted Terrorism. Why? He did not listen to the flight attendant. He didn't even apologize when his bag stuck Steven Slater's head. Where was the sky marshall on the flight? Didn't he take any action?
That's going to be the question of the day.
While I like this cute guy and being labeled a folk hero, I say he's finally stood up against every rude passenger in the whole travel industry for all attendants. He may not have a job but, heck, I would recommend him to anything out there!!
So let's hope the police arrest the passenger that started all of this. If he had listen to Mr. Slater, he wouldn't be part of the whole blame too.

UN-divorce? no. Divorce is a MUST DO!
G'day Everyone.
This morning I'm pissed off. The phone rang and when I answered it, my friend was on the line. He and I had planned to be together for the day and do things. I was looking forward to it. He launches into the good morning greeting. But then, after a brief pause of himself, that's when I knew and silently muttered to myself "oh please, not crystal".
He knows I'm going to get pissed. Then he says "Crystal needs help and wants to be with me for the day and over night...". I cut him off in mid-stride and said "Do me a favor. When yer not fucking another man's pussy, call me when you have shut that damn cell phone off from her and we can do something together". Then I hung up in his ear.

When someone doesn't officially divorce their spouse or partner, it creates problems down the road for the prospective person and the prospective person's friends. Morals become involved. Un-divorce doesn't mean you are un-married in an official sense of word. YOU ARE STILL, in every legal sense of word to everyone else, MARRIED TO THAT PERSON! Until you file for divorce, you are still married.
So, my friend has been committing adultery with this STILL MARRIED lady since the day she showed up at his work place and saw him. Someone told me, a friend of his in that work place, that when he was guiding this woman about the place for her orientation to work, she had openly said "oh, I definitely want that sweet man in me. He looks so cute, I'm gonna get him!".
When my friend told me what was going on, I've been trying to help my friend from day one of this mess. Since then, my friend's own personal life has gone out of control with this lady. Every time she speaks to him, she jumps. Even God has tried help by giving this lady's life more of her own trouble in her home and family. But ever since her own problems, she escapes to the arms and bed of my friend. I have grown increasingly sad for my friend.
So I'm going to say this: If you are thinking of un-divorce out there, just do yourself a favor and morally consider divorce if your marriage is over. Get to a lawyer, draw up a no-contest divorce, make good terms (that is you both want to remain together as friends), and sign the deal. It works better when you tell friends that you are officially divorce. Un-divorce doesn't mean you haven't un-married. You are still married.
I hope people with troubled marriages do the right and honest thing: get an official divorce degree.
But if you are a married person and messing around with single people, do me a favor: GO FIND A SEX TOY TO PLAY WITH! Much better and safer that way!

Mosque is permitted to be built near ground zero
G'day Everyone.
Anger and threats of a court fights are already at an unrest in NYC. A friend of mine, who lives in NYC, told me about the recent events happening in NYC over a landmark case near the ground zero buildings and that a group of Muslims wants to tear down and build a Mosque near the world trade center site. When he attended these meetings, he was very concerned about his safety of himself and his friends. They had to stay on their toes through out the meeting despite the presence of the police.

My friend and his friends are already planning to get the hell out of NYC should anything else happen. I mean, we are with-in a year to the 10th anniversary of 9/11/01 of the World Trade Center attacks and this decision happens? Oh come on!
Further more, why would a Muslim group build a Mosque (Islamic Center, as some Muslims would demand me to say but I won't!) near the terrorist attack done by a radical Muslim group? I would plead with Muslims NOT to build a mosque near the WTC site for any reason! Any where else in NYC, yes! But NOT NEAR THE WORLD TRADE CENTER SITE!!
Otherwise, Muslims are asking for a "civil war" if oppositions to their mosque loses all the court fights. This is not respect by Muslims for building a mosque near WTC, it's about their conquest.
God help us should this mosque happens. If Islam begins to rule our nation, you'll find me fighting back with the Word of God much more.

An Illegal Immigrant Kills Nun in Woodbridge, VA.
G'day Everyone.
People in Woodbridge, Virginia are crying tonight over a nun, who was just killed by a drunken driver, in a car accident. But it wasn't a normal car accident either! (This was recently broadcasts on CNN on TV).

Anger is building in Woodbridge, Va. Why? Simply to say this: The drunken driver was an Illegal Immigrant!! This was just not your average run-of-the-mill Illegal Immigrant. This was an Illegal Immigrant who was arrested so many times and then turned over to ICE. (Immigration, Customs, and Enforcement). Guess what? they released this SOB so many times, his rap sheet is so long, why did it take so long for the ICE courts to enforce the law to DEPORT this SOB?
Well, now the Feds are finally stepping in as well as the State of Virginia to try to FELONY convict this guy and then send him back to where he came from. If he doesn't die in prison yet.
I hope Virginia does a few things: Track down who gave this illegal immigrant the car, the will to drive, and providing him alcohol. Prosecute all of those people as well.
But in all of this happening makes it clear that Arizona is right on target about Illegal Immigrants and President Obama is wrong! Every state does need new laws, like Arizona has!! Let's hope this nun's death will galvanize the states to set up new laws to protect our legal driving citizens!

Synopsis: This illegal immigrant re-entered the USA so many times, he was finally arrested, convicted, and put on a prison sentence. But that little story doesn't tell how many MORE people, like him, have been deported and then race right back to get in good olde USA. It's time our nation put in a poison pill plan in effect! That is set up laws like Arizona has. Once more states sets these laws up, every illegal immigrant person will realize that they have no choice but to run for home.
Let's hope that the states do that. But if we get into something of "Martial Law" that makes them rush for home then, that will be the worst day of all for all of us. Let's hope illegal immigrants will leave now before anything else happens much worse.
