Update #3: VICTORY! VICTORY! The Senate has passed the Debt Ceiling BILL! AMERICA AVOIDS DEFAULT!
Now the real problems begin. *sigh*
Update #2: The senate has just begun to vote by voice vote at 12:16. President is on Stand-by.
Update #1: It's past 12 noon.. and past 12:15pm The U.S. Senate has not yet voted. This is getting to be really ugly here. Stay tuned to C-Span 2.
