Justice on Yehs delayed

G'day Everyone.

Many people in Maryland were expecting that the former owners of Viable deaf services company, John and Joseph Yeh would be sentenced in Federal court this month.

Apparently, the justices decided that Yehs and the other defendants will be sentenced in June and in July. Most of them could get up to 20 years.

I hope one thing: All of these defendants better start going to jail EARLY to get credit for time served.
I know it will be difficult for all of them to face life in prison. But for what they did against the deaf community, it is justice to be decided against them. Even if they have already pleaded guilty in hopes of earning mercy from the court, the deaf community might not have any. Especially in this time of economics happening in our country. I pray that they will all be given the full 20 years punishment for what they done. But, will that happen or will some judge show some undeserved mercy to them?

Wait until June and July 2011 and then we'll know.

for now, the final justice is on progress.

Till next post, I'll clue you in.
