Update: Micah Brown.

G'day Everyone.

This is a little breaking news, but an alert reader passed on to me this information about Micah Brown's court situation that's going on:

http://www.9wsyr.com/news/local/story/CT-student-teacher-will-not-appear-in-court-today/aNn_muxsOEW6OyullvrTDw.cspx?rss=112

Basically to say that he won't in court for a while, but a Grand Jury is going on to investigate what's happening.
Micah remains in jail until then.

If anyone else knows what's going on, pass on the info.

Salute to my bro for his help.

NEVER SAY WHEN YOU ARE AWAY!

G'day Everyone.

There is TRUTH out there. Even on Twitter and on FaceBook. If you tell people you are away at times, strangers, whom you think you know that you have friended, are thieves waiting to strike at your home.

Here is a news report about one man's FATAL mistake that ended up having his home broken into:
Never say this on Facebook or Twitter

In other words, be careful of WHAT you post on the social media site. Set your privacy guards and limit it to only FRIENDS that you have. Don't go Friends and Networks. Friends should be your only limited area.

Second, recently I've noticed that some of my friends are accepting "Friends" who I think they don't know but just want to meet NEW FRIENDS. In the last several weeks, some virtual strangers have asked me to be their friend by requests. One of my first questions to them via the social media email is "Have you meet me in REAL LIFE?" Meaning, did you meet me at a party, social event, which? If they truthfully answer that question and I remember it, I'll friend them on to my friend list. If I don't, I'll report them and block them.

Please remember to be careful of what you say on-line. Be careful of WHAT pictures you post on-line too.
Social media sites are not like the deaf world's VP (Video phone) or IM or email. It's the whole world full of strangers out there, good and bad. Security should be your first and foremost need.

Wish you best.

Proud of the Arizona Governor!

G'day Everyone.

There is a point when the Federal Government is slow on the illegal immigration. But the Southern States that border Mexico get to the point to say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!", they'll do something about illegal immigration.

This week, the State of Arizona of USA became the first state to make the law on illegal immigration more clearly. http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/04/23/obama.immigration/index.html?hpt=Sbin For years, police could do nothing but just arrest the illegal immigrants for crimes. This time, if illegal immigrants are hear illegally, oh they'll not only be arrested, they'll be sent back.. HOME!

I do praise Arizona for drawing the line on the border that tells illegal immigrants one thing: NO LONGER WELCOME IN ARIZONA! People are tired of crimes. People are tired of illegal immigrants taking jobs. People are tired of illegal immigrants come to USA, have a kid, and become instant Americans. There are thousands of people that are coming in legally, but every time one person is accepted legally, there are a 1000 illegal immigrants ready to break into our country illegally.

For President Obama, it's his new headache. If he thinks his "Health Care" Bill was bad enough, this new law in Arizona could undermine him. For now, we'll see how the High Court rules on Arizona.

More News on Micah Brown / Archie Andrews NEW gay friend.

G'day Everyone.

I hate to sound like a tabloid here. But most of the news is coming right out of the Syracuse, NY area.
A reader found a news article of a diligent reporter who wrote a very detailed report about the incident involving Micah Brown. Here is the latest, yet gross, detailed reporting:
http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2010/04/how_a_30-year-old_student_teac.html

The case is on. All of his friends are praying for him.

Meanwhile, another reader has just alerted me that Archie Comic books could take a readership hit soon among their fan base. As it was last said, there was controversial discussions of WHO Archie Andrews (his proper and full name in the comic books), would marry? Betty Cooper or Veronica Lodge? Personally, I like him being married to Betty Cooper who's more down to earth. Veronica Lodge ought to end up with Reggie Mantle.
Anyhow, it seems the Archie Comic Books series are now going to be drawing in a new GAY character! Link: http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/books/04/23/archie.gay/index.html?hpt=Sbin

How will that be with the mostly straight readership crowd? Will more comic book collectors start dumping their comic books on to the bidding market out there? It's possible that they will.

But it seems that the Archie series are doing a reflection on the changing demographic make ups in the high school world today. Yes, they are GLBT students among the American straight high school attendance crowd. At their young lives, they do have partners as well. I've heard that gay high school students want to bring their partners to the proms, but school districts and the student bodies have balked in the recent years.

Most of the schools have responded with cancelling their proms and heading to the courts to battle it out. As more and more students are gay in their lives as their sexuality choices, schools and parents fight to retain the straight image of their school climate. That may be their losing battle ever now.
Eventually, judges will be enforcing the laws that schools must be flexible and accept of what they have now among their students. Rules will have to be changed. Perceptions changed.

Will the future be any better for the GLBT High School students? Only time will tell.

Personally shocked

G'day Everyone.

It has been one shock after another. The more I learn of what happened to Micah Brown, the more I feel sad for him. It's so damn stupid. At first, I thought Micah and a friend of his were playing a serious sick joke on me. Unfortunately, reality does BITE.. HARD! It was just too true to believe this.
Part of me wants to drive right up to NY and talk to Micah myself. But the sane and more smarter part of me says "HELL, NO! STAY PUT AND PRAY!". Perhaps, that's the best option to do.

Friends of both NTID and Gallaudet campuses have been in a major discussions. Especially on twitter and on Facebook and on any other social media sites.

What has happened has happened and it's bad. Especially when student teachers are in demand these days and then this happens. It's a bad moment.

Yes I'm aware of the typo by one site that said "school for the death". I sent a email to them and asked that they correct that link. Hopefully they will do that.

As I've said previously, I'm asking many of my readers to please lift up Micah Brown in your prayers. There's not much we can do but he's in a serious situation that I have no doubt will alter his life. Again, please pray for him. If I hear anything more about Micah, I will update my previous post.

Thanks and semper FI.

Breaking News: Former Politics Blogger Micah Brown ARRESTED!

G'Evening Everyone!

Breaking News: Former Politics Blogger, Micah S. Brown, has been arrested!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE!

and
http://www.westhartfordnews.com/articles/2010/04/21/news/doc4bcf7b6872b03656728713.txt

It's a shock to me that Micah Brown would be arrested for indecent sex. But my God, my poor friend and fomer politics blogger? Micah hasn't blogged in a long time. He was last in RIT to learn to become a teacher for the deaf and was assigned to the ASD in Conneticut this quarter. However, his bail was set at $1 million! Holy cow!

I ask many of my friends to pray for him. This doesn't look good. However at this point, I am taking Micah blog off my blog list for the time being.

Thank you.

Semper FI.

Update: As more people are sending me links to various news papers that are bringing articles to light, it's about to hit on a national scale. NTID/RIT have refused to comment on the events. Gallaudet University has also refused to say anything as well.

Latest link: http://www.cnycentral.com/news/story.aspx?id=446610
The link includes his court papers: http://www.cnycentral.com/uploadedfiles/wstm/News/Stories/MicahBrownPoliceReport.pdf

Just got linked to the news article that started it all:
http://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/hc-micah-brown-american-school-for-the-deaf-0421,0,7462961.storythis time they posted the video!! but ye gods.. ITS suppose be DEAF not DEATH. when will hearing people learn to read typos before release?

Another news article :http://centralny.ynn.com/content/top_stories/502452/teacher-arrested-on-sex-charges/with video!

Update: It hit on CNN.com site. But only on CNN.com/Justice/ East area. This is the latest link posted:

As the arrest story spreads, it is roiling among the deaf community and his friends. I'm staying on top of the story.

Trouble for Fordham Baseball player.

G'day Everyone.

It seems to be sports trouble again today. Just found on Yahoo and it's gone across the web.
Link:http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/blog/big_league_stew/post/Superman-leap-makes-Fordham-player-a-viral-video?urn=mlb,235668

watch the video and you'll see a Fordham college runner (the 3rd runner) make a very controversial avoidance of Iona College Gaels catcher's tag in which he was called out safe. Iona College has protested the controversial call saying that video review shows that the player was TAGGED out. Do you think Fordham will ever try that act again? Let's say they'll play safe next time and play by college baseball rules. For now, bad days will be between Iona and Fordham until the next baseball game to be played. I'm going to wish Fordham luck because if he tries it again, he better be sure he doesn't get hit by the ball in his leg the next time he's at bat because I think that could happen pretty much. Good luck!

Why do people cripple football players?

G'day Everyone.

Everyone loves a famous Football player. Especially an NFL player. An NFL Player like "Big" Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers! Link: http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2010/04/21/report-ben-roethlisberger-will-be-suspended-4-6-games/?icid=mainmaindl1link3http%3A%2F%2Fnfl.fanhouse.com%2F2010%2F04%2F21%2Freport-ben-roethlisberger-will-be-suspended-4-6-games%2F

In a sense of fate: these women, who were looking for some FAST BUCK of EASY MONEY and accused Big Ben of sexual assaults, may have just cost Ben Roethlisberger of his Quarterback job. Only thing is, Ben is innocent. He's still got one lawsuit going on in Nevada.

In what the NFL has done to Ben in their decision to uphold their "image" to save their good "Public Relations life", they may have just sentenced Ben to what amounts a career killer for Ben. Ben could be done for good in the NFL games. I wouldn't blame him if he decides to get up and walk away. If he does that, what happens to the lawsuit in Nevada? Does that suddenly terminate? I would say yes because the woman who brought the charges against Ben would come out and say "oh I'm sorry, Ben didn't do that to me after all".

In many years, Major NFL players, both known and unknowns, have fought against people who are determined to try to grab easy money off them through some lawsuit charges. Most of these cases are football career killers for the NFL players. Look at Michael Vick! He has, in all his fate, has been lucky to survive the dog fighting charges, served time in prison, and has returned to the game. Didn't PETA try to pull more money off Vick to help their cause? Nope. So Vick got lucky.

What about the future fates of the other NFL players? I can only hope that they lead some careful lives and wise actions when they are among the public off the field. If more NFL players get hit with lawsuits, the future of FOOTBALL games could be in danger for the rest of the players. Let's hope these economic times are not making people to try to make a quick buck off others. That would be a dangerous thing to do.

For Big Ben, I hope he find himself a decision that he doesn't have to make and have to live with it. But whatever decision it is, I pray he lands on his feet and continues in a better career for his future. Good luck, Big Ben!

End of a theater run.

G'day Everyone.

What a busy week I had! From the heart break of last Tuesday, especially on Thursday night, nobody in the deaf community showed up. Not even the interpreter for the deaf! Boy they missed out on all the visual gags that were planned on that Thursday night show. Well, we left some gags in the show and took out the rest. With Thursday's show: we had about 75 error free. Friday: We went to 85-90 percent error free. Saturday: it was 90 percent error free show. By Sunday, the last show: it was a 99 percent error free show of bloopers. But gosh! We all worked together as a team!! We banded as one cast, one performance. It didn't matter if everyone was hearing and I was the only deaf person there. We worked great!

Ever enjoyed the meet and greet of the theater goers? It was quite fun. Made a few friends. After the last show and the meet/greet was over, I look up my infamous line of "Let's get him!" and said "Let's get the set destroyed!". We all made a mad dash to the green room where we changed out of our costumes and then ran back up to the stage. "Death to the DRAGON set" was the chant. I was amazed to see that a Stage set that took a few days to construct and build came down within an hour of working together! WOW!! That was fast. Every thing was put away. The stage was cleaned up.

In the end I was told to formally close the set. Because I was a newbie in the theater group, I was told to just go to the center and say: "The show's over. Lights down please." So I stood in the spotlight. Rather than saying it alone in voice, I did it in voice and sign. I said: "The dragon has flown. The story has returned to the book. It's time to close. I ask the lights be down please". Believe it or not, that was a better choice of words.

So we celebrated the end with balloons, flowers, and cards among our selves. Afterwards, we gathered at the home of the Stage Manager (a tradition I found out) for the cast party. It was a nice time. Including when it came to the time to cut the cake, Alec (Ulrick, the young boy) and I (as Charles), used our favorite lines: "off with the dragon's head!" And of course, the head of the dragon's cake was dramatically cut off! :-)

Well, as it's Monday, I'm asking myself of what's my next future in theater? Truth is, depends on when I can get into my next audition soon. It's been an amazing experience for me. Now that I know how hearing theater works as well as Deaf Theater, there's one thing I will say: Deaf theater is a lot more fun and some day I hope to be on a stage where I can use sign language as well as my voice.

Enjoy the week. I'm getting back into the blog world. There's postings to be done.

Till next post, Semper FI.

P.S. I earned a nick name now. It's not just "Sherlock" among my deaf friends, but now "Charles" among my hearing friends. And believe me, that M*A*S*H* 4077 character I often look up to is Charles Emerson Winchester III! He and I have the same bald spot but almost the same personality. We both love wine and classical music. :-)

Laters!

I've posted my pictures of the show on facebook for my friends to read. As I take the experience of working with the hearing community, I'm going to be intending to audition for another show and try again.

Heartbreak

G'day Everyone.

Well, it's not exactly a G'day! I'd say B'day (bad day) Everyone instead. But today's a Heartbreak day instead for me.
First of all, I'm excited that the show "The Reluctant Dragon" is coming together. With the review (private) show on Thursday night, that's going to be our most interesting moment.

However, my heartbreak is this: I invited my local deaf community to come to the show. The catch was: I needed to know how many would come by e-mail TODAY! It didn't happen. So ergo, nobody's coming. So then I went today and reached out to the disabled community at the HOPE enterprises and STEP, Inc. Kind of like last minute stuff. They're to call the theater office. to reserve the seats (LIMITED). Another problem was: NO INTERPRETER for the THURSDAY show!! *AUGH* There are days I want to wish to God this: *GOD, I KNOW YOU CAN *HEAR ME!* NOW, *MAKE ME HEARING OR ELSE!!* (a little threat doesn't do much good anyhow, but it was my HUMAN NATURE talking).

Many of my personal deaf friends have expressed support to me to want to come to the show, unfortunately, time and distance are the many factors here. I mean everyone has had advanced notices. *huge sigh* Would I do another show with the hearing community in the future? I don't know.

Yesterday was 1st costume performance day. Very interesting. Do I want to show you what I look like? I think at this point: no. I'm going to wait till the show ends and then post it on Facebook.

But you know, when one of your deaf friends is in the local theater, especially the local hearing theater, and goes all out for you to make an opportunity to invite you and the deaf community to a interpreted performance of a show, even if it's free, do say you'll come and be sure to go to it. It means a lot not only for the deaf performer, but to the entire hearing theater cast that people would turn out for a review night show. It gives a shot in the arm to have an audience to talk about the show so that they can improve on it before the REAL opening night.

Well, I think the rest of the week will go well. Just thought to let you know what's happen.

Till next post..

Songs for this week

G'day Everyone.

I choose a few song for this theater week to motivate me. Yes, they have Lyrics so you can hear it.

I choose some Simon and Garfunkel songs:

I am a ROCK! (In tribute what people had done to me in my life)

The sound of Silence (The reason why I felt closer saying I'm deaf and not hearing impaired. (sorry mom!))

Scaroborouth Fair (this sums up some of the early days of my life )

Cat Stevens song:

Wild world (tribute to many people I've loved in life. Especially for Lynne Palleschi!)

and rounding out the list:

Bohemian Rhapsody

Bohemian Rhapsody mis-heard lyrics 1

Bohemian Rhapsody mis-heard lyrics 2

Humm, I just got on a roll right now.

If you know of numa numa song (original one).. here's some MIS-HEARD Lyrics. (I'm laughing)

Misheard numa numa lyrics 1

Misheard numa numa lyrics 2 (keyboard cat is in this one!)

Misheard numa numba lyrics 3

The original Numa numa music

Ok.. that'll keep you all busy for a week till I get back. Unless there's breaking news going on in the world, I'm on my "theater vacation" from here.

Till then, Semper FI from the stage floor!

Theater week!

G'day Everyone.

Well, it's here. It's theater week. It's when all the rehearsals come together and hopefully all of us actors will be sync this week on the story line. It's also technical week. Starting today and through the performance dates, there'll be lights, sound, special effects, and putting the final stuff together. It has been a real challenge for me, personally, without having an interpreter around. Most of the hearing actors don't care about me. But that's ok. I've seen snotty actors before.

Tonight and for the next 7 nights and 1 afternoon, I'll be in costume. What do I look like? That, I'm going to wait till after the shows are done and I'll ask someone to take my picture for me of what I look like. I may post it on Facebook. Most of you will *LAUGH* what I look like. As I once told someone, I looked like a half naked actor! You'll see why later.

I have three personal challenges for myself this week. One of them happens on Thursday. I did invite the deaf community in my area to come to the PREVIEW night, FREE. I went all out and got an interpreter for the deaf for the Thursday night show. The catch is, they have to email me so I can reserve the seats. The show is our review night to see how we really do and how we can make some improvements to the show so that we'd be ready for the opening night. If nobody comes this Thursday night, I'm going to feel bad for my local deaf community because I wanted to give back to them through this Theater.

The second one is on Saturday night. I'm not saying what is so important this night is to me, but I rather decline to reveal it at the moment. I'm just hope that things do work out. (praying about it)

Third one: Just hope I remember my cues and my lines!

How many cities have their own deaf theater? Save for NTID, NTD, and Gallaudet? There has to be some city that has deaf theater in which deaf people work together to put on a show. There was a part of my life long ago that if I remained in Rochester, I wanted to go back to NTID Theater and be a part of it. Since graduation from NTID, I haven't had that chance. When I was at GU, I didn't take a chance to be in theater there too.

So as I'm thinking of theater this week, I also think of my friend, Peter Cook who does ASL shows. Somewhere out there is Howie Seago and many other deaf actors/actresses.

Enjoy your week. I will try to break a leg. Mind you, not my real leg, just theater speak! Exiting my blog, in a Semper FI salute!

Update: I just found out tonight that they published an article in the "on the arts" section of my newspaper. It was kind of advertising the show. The good part is.. they spelled my name right! *phew*. Going to be a great week.

Gay Play is back on in Texas, Still happening at GU!

G'day Everyone.

If you missed my previous post about the Corpus Christi, The Gay play about Jesus and his Apostles,
Link: http://thedeafsherlock.blogspot.com/2010/04/gay-jesus-theater-drama-at-gallaudet.html

I'm in hopes that security on the campus of Gallaudet University will be watchful and that no riots will break out. As I have said before, Dr. Hurwitz, please cancel this play!

Also, another alert reader updated me this info:

When I said that the Gay Jesus play, Corpus Christi, was cancelled at the campus of Tarleton State University in Texas, well guess what!: It has been resurrected! As if death threats and protests couldn't kill this play, it has just been moved to another location in Texas!
Link: http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local-beat/Gay-Jesus-Play-Headed-to-Fort-Worth-Stage-90126197.html

The dates are not firm yet for this play, but it will eventually happen.

I'm in hopes someone will inform me of what's going on at the campus of Gallaudet University where the play is happening starting tonight. I'm for a peaceful protest.

So whatever happens, be watchful!

Gov. Rendell suffers a "Toll I-80" DEFEAT!

G'day Everyone!

We WON!! WE WON!! There will NOT be an Interstate 80 Toll booths appearing at any time soon!
Link: http://www.sungazette.com/page/content.detail/id/541725.html?nav=5011

Though Gov. Ed Rendell suffers a major defeat at the hands of the Federal Government, he could try again in the future to argue for tolls on I-80. But Gov. Rendell's time as Governor of PA is already coming to an end this fall as he does not have the votes in Penn State for another term and he will most likely be shown the Penn State Political exit door by the time we will be election of a NEW Governor this year.

In sense, there's a party mood across the Northern half of Penn State along the I-80 area today. It marks a victory battle that there'll be no tolls to happen, but now our focus becomes more clear. We must tell the PA Legislature to REPEAL ACT 44! This the act that the Penn State Government hoped to win permission from the Federal Government 3 times in order to toll I-80. But know what? As they say in Baseball: 3 strikes and YER OUT! For Gov. Rendell, yep.. he has struck out completely! So Act 44 must go off the books, NOW!

A Gay Jesus Theater Drama at Gallaudet?

G'day Everyone.

My God.. I can't believe it. A reader of mine alerted me to an article that was being published in the Washington Post: http://voices.washingtonpost.com/college-inc/2010/04/gallaudet_play_under_protest.html

and the TFP Student action link: http://www.tfpstudentaction.org/get-involved/online-petitions/new-attack-on-our-lord.html

But a look at http://www.gallaudet.edu/ doesn't reveal the info about this "play". So I went back to the original article. Dug through it. Here for your info about where this play is:
http://theatrearts.gallaudet.edu/Theatre_Arts/Beyond_the_Classroom/2009-10_Season.html

When I heard previously about a college at Tarleton State University in Texas that attempted to show the play called "Corpus Christi" as Jesus Christ and the Apostles being GAY, I had to draw the line. (Note: The play at TSU in Texas was canceled as a result of DEATH THREATS, not as the LARGE PEACEFUL protests as some say to be. As according to the previous CNN.com posts a few days ago. A quick search of the CNN.com site and the TSU site has removed references to the "Corpus Christi" play.).

When I found about this play coming to Gallaudet University, I'm more concerned for the Gay Deaf Community and the Deaf Straight Community than I am for the fired up religious community (hearing and deaf alike). I, myself, am a deaf gay man. Yet, I have a faith of a Deaf christian Bible believer. The one thing I never wanted the college theaters (especially on a deaf college campus) to do a show that was to portray Jesus and his apostles as Gay Men.

I must draw the line: I consider Jesus Christ and his Apostles as HOLY MEN OF GOD as written in the Bible (KJV). But to do a play about Jesus being GAY ? UNTHINKABLE! The TFP Student Action link statement that says that this play would destroy the faith of 68 million catholics, but I say it goes BEYOND that number because it would spread to different faith that people believe about Jesus Christ.

No matter what happens, I just don't think it justifies any one's decision to write a play and casting Jesus and his Apostles as being gay. So let me say this: He that tries to portray Jesus as gay must be without sin to do it.
Nobody is going to be able to do that. No one with out a sense of morals or religious creed of an actor would want to portray Jesus as gay. If those actors in this play are able to do to this portrayal without a sense of morals, then they'd have to be all atheists. Something of which I would be concerned for their very souls.

However, I would call upon Gallaudet President Dr. Alan Hurwitz and Gallaudet Board of Trustees to please cancel this play in the name of SAFETY and welfare for the GUstudents and the Deaf Gay Students. We need a peaceful protest, yes. But if there's an attacking nature that happens on campus, I wouldn't feel confident of the security of the students and the patrons that come to watch this play in that particular building on campus.

So, please Dr. Hurwitz, I know you read my blog often as you told me. Do me this favor, on behalf of the safety and welfare of the Student and ALUMNI: CANCEL THE CORPUS CHRISTI play in the Andrews Foster Auditorium! RIGHT NOW! TODAY!

Easter 2010

G'day Everyone.

Happy Easter 2010 to many of my readers and friends. I've had a good weekend with my family...in a way. Friday was so wrapped up that I had hung out with my mom and my sister. I totally missed the Good Friday church service. How I missed it? Shopped at Sam's club! A lot of the people were doing the same thing that day. But you couldn't miss the summer like weather. It was wonderful.

Saturday: urgh. I'm still in pain from doing the flower bed at my dad's grave with my sister. We did the front and made it look better. Updated the stone fence much nicer. Then we decided the rear head stone needed a flower base since everyone else was doing that. Went to the store, picked up my mom, and did more work. The work on the rear grave stone is done and looking so nice, we went "WOW!". Kind of a perfect Easter gift to remember my dad.

Well, on the way home, we decided to stop at my aunt's home to dig out and pick up her lilac tree. But while I called to check to see my aunt was home, my sister went up the mountain to sight see. But it turned out to be a bad idea. My sister wasn't watching and at the last second, manhole cover on unpaved road!! *ka-WUMPA!* It wasn't a very good sound. Little did we know that my sister's car was bleeding oil from her oil pan like a tanker that struck ice of the famous Exxon oil! That poor car bleed oil. Good thing is that I'm glad we decided to go over to my aunt's home. When we arrived, we didn't see the oil line that was left 10 blocks LONG! (whoa). After we meet my aunt, we saw the tree and I knew I had a lot of work to dig! So I went back to my sister's car. That's when I saw her car bleeding oil! I shouted "Holy Exxon Valadez, batman! Car's dying!". My sister, mum, and aunt rushed to see the oil leak. We tried to save the oil. Too late. The oil pan had bleed out.
Well, I ran down to get kitty litter from a grocery store and soak up the oil. We later got two more bags and cleaned up the spill.
After a pizza party a bit, came home and just enjoying today. Hopefully my sister's car can be fixed and she'll be on the road to home soon. But, poor car. Just doesn't seem to be my sister's weekend. :-(

As today's Easter, I'm sad to read the news that violence is still going on. Terrorism doesn't even pause to respect the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is sad. People are hurt and killed by others who are determined to get their message of fear and control of power. Those in terrorism will find out quick one day of what it's like to be judged at death by King Jesus and learn that their own death will be an eternity of hell. Let us rejoice in Christ who gives us Salvation and acknowledge that his precious blood gives us the forgiveness of sin and enter into Heaven.

May you have a Joyous Sunday before heading back to Moody Monday of work week!

Good Friday 2010

G'day Everyone.

Well, I needed some cool down time a bit. Basically, I've been busy with Theater as they get prepared for the Reluctant Dragon play that is going to happen soon. I'm fairly excited. But I've learned a lot of the difference between hearing theater and DEAF theater. Basically, I'd love to get back into Deaf Theater!

AOL is trying to track down my harassment person and I expect a arrest at any time. Once that happens, I will take legal action. It's sad that one person ruins everything for everyone else. But I will have this person severely punished. My lawyer said "We'll throw the entire stack of law books at that person!". He showed me one thick law book. I chuckled ruefully because it's heavy! Wow.

Prank day was yesterday. Mostly, I went teasing on two friends in Farmville on Facebook. That was basically a tame thing to do this year. So it's been a quiet prank day. However, I went and applied for a job at Best Buy in my hometown. They were having a job fair that day. Unfortunately, many people thought Best Buy wasn't being serious about a job fair on April 1st. They thought it was a prank. Well, Joke is on them! It was real. So I went in, filled out an application, and tried to ask for an interview. Just going to take a while. :-) Hopefully, something good will happen.

Today is Good Friday. I hope you will remember the Lord's passion of dying for the sinful man so that we may gain forgiveness and accepting Jesus Christ as a savior and as the Messiah. He is risen and rules from Heaven and will return one day to rule this world. Easter Sunday also honors the Lord Jesus for his willing to die upon the Cross for all mankind. May this be a wonderful and blessed weekend for you all.

Happy Friday. It's also Happy 1st Friday. A blessed Passover to my readers. Many happy Easter to many people as well.

Semper FI!
