G'evening Everyone.
I just got news about TWO MORE DEAF VRS employees have pleaded GUILTY in the fraud case. It's not related to John Yeh, but it's similar to it. LINK: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/two-former-executives-of-video-relay-services-company-plead-guilty-to-defrauding-fcc-program-84727197.html
Will it be clear down the road that the government is piling up more and more people against the original people who did the original fraud of the VRS? I'd say yes. And if John Yeh were a smart man, he and his current defendants would be better served to plead out now rather than risk being found GUILTY and punished all the more in court.
In about 3 months, we'll going to be watching a court trial happen. This will get interesting. But it will impact the Video Relay Service industry so much more.
Stay tuned.
Semper FI.
thanks, JB!

It is related as Irma A. is John Yeh's daughter in law's mother
Also, DHIS provided some of the interpreter labor for Viable's VRS call traffic and was essentially a subcontractor for Viable. Most of the agencies on the list of those companies that were handed the indictments were subcontractors of the Old Viable company.
So, it was both a personal and business relationship.
