This is just hitting the blogsphere right now and my advice is simple enough: GO to the link and learn what's happening:
Hopefully this starts a wave of close captioning across the youtube like world right now. Even TV shows on most Internet-like cable channels need to be closed captioned too.
One site that I have ever begged so much often for all their funny shows to be captioned (or added with lyrics) is JibJab.com. Come on, Jibjab.com, join the closed captions for the deaf revolution! The time is now!
