If there was cabin fever going around DC, it certainly has happened.
A friend of mine, thank you Jim, sent me this jaw dropping video that appeared in the Washington Post.com and it's such an eye opening thing going on, you'd think we'd all seen it all!

gnarly's right. I've known about these little things and some others as well.
I'm wondering if we can do something that'll blow people's minds out there. Something harmless, doesn't have us carrying dangerous-looking stuff, and doesn't hide our identity.
I heard about one where this one bus in another city was overtaken by clowns...
