G'day Everyone.
Some one attempted to do some mass emailing to a list of people of whom he thought were the right confidential people to write to. He thought his wording in his email was done correctly.
Unfortunately, THAT PERSON WAS WRONG! His mass email hit one person who mis-understood his email contents. It created a very bad and unintended situation for himself. There is a very possibility that I will be taking legal action against this person in the near future.
So, as a *WARNING* and suggestion for many people out there:
Using your emails is a privilege that is provided by your Internet providers. A single mistake of an email with confidential contents that goes to the wrong person who misunderstands it and causes the situation to go out of control could wind up in court in which not only the court will order your email privileges taken away, but your Internet provider could ban you permanently from their services.
Please, check your list of people of who you have on your email list. Ask a trusted friend (single email) to review your email before you send it out in a mass email. Please be careful how you write. The lessons provided here will prevent future trouble for yourselves.
