Thinking about my blog world.

G'day Everyone.

Earlier today, Bernie Madoff found out his fate: Prison until he dies. Now he has to hope he can appeal it. But all that money he stole to make any of his in-kind companions wealthy, he prolly is protecting them and willing to go to prison until he dies. Such is a man that will face his fate. He thinks he has done nothing wrong. But the ultimate punishment will come when he does die (Hebrews 9:27), and then he can't escape eternity justice.

Meanwhile, my good blogger friend, Robert Goodwin, wrote a post about moderation. Link: http://rsgeo007.blogspot.com/2009/06/moderation-in-postings.html

In the last few years, I have been doing this blog and another web page as well. I've seen every thing from the usual "trolls", the person trying to tamper with my site, to the occasional person that threatens me with court actions unless I post his/her comments on my site. Some times, it gets ugly when it happens.

The nice thing is, I have some friends who are my consistent "advisers" when I need them. But the ultimate decisions are mine and what I have to do with this site. There are times that I want to have an open comment forums on my blog. Unfortunately, the past experience serves me bitterly and commends me to keep the comments *TIGHTLY* controlled. I'm not saying iron fisted controlled, but keeping those comments on topic as much as possible.

But lastly, nobody has the right to shoot a comment from the trees of the Internet. Because when you do and the damage you cause, just remember one thing. IPs can be recorded and traced back to you. (God does the same thing too!).

So enjoy yourselves in the deaf read world. Comment nicely. Don't start firestorms.

Semper FI!

Update: some people do not understand that comments don't appear in the comment section of the blog fast. I have to explain this for your own understanding.
When you write a comment, it will not be posted until I *APPROVE* the comment. Please, don't repeat your comments until I approve it. OK? Thanks for understanding.

James.. I'll allow "Food FIGHTs", but just don't yell "FIRE!" in the crowded internet area. (stampede happens from the terminals).
Then again, my day just doesn't go right. *sigh*
