what a day.

G'day everyone!

Right now, I'm sitting here at my desk and tired. Such a long day at a Lions Club Chicken Bar-b-que. Had a lot of fun with these club members. Handed out jokes and made a few new friends. It was a nice day.. till it rained.

Anyhow, PSU has tromped on Syracuse University (SU) in it's first match by a score of, get this, 55-13. I was kind of surprised. PSU now has a 3-0 winning streak while SU is on a 0-3 Loss streak. OUCH! What's next? Stay tune for the major colleges action.

Meanwhile, the Gallaudet Bisons put up a good fight against St. Vincent's college at the 2nd home game. The result was the second loss of the Bisons by a score of 23-22. For game info: http://www.gallaudetathletics.com/sports/fball/index

The Gallaudet University Bisons will be traveling to Greensboro on 9/20/08 for the first away game. May the force of the herd find a better win on Greensboro's grazing ground.

Hurricane Ike is on it's way East and preparations are being made for it's arrival. Please keep watch of this MAJOR storm. It left a pretty good damage in Texas.

Also, a SALUTE to Nick Vera on winning an award at his work place! Congratulations NICK! I hope they offer you a PERMANENT JOB!
