Recovery from Wipe Out Friday!

G'day Everyone!

I had a nice morning so far into the afternoon. I went back down to the court house today. I walked up to the District Court Administrator's Office and talked with some of the important people. Nice to know this much: I'll be getting an interpreter for the March 09 trial! Oh yeah! I feel much better that I've made sure that I'll be able to in SOUND and the interpreted word of what's going on in the court room. It removes any chance of doubt in my mind that the lawyer for the defendant is going to have any hope that I'd be on his side. Unfortunately, time will not be on his side. Now all that is left is to wait for the days to pass, which won't be long, for the trial to happen. Now I feel happy that I recovered from Friday's wipe out.

Meanwhile, state budgets are really being discussed very roughly. Every area in the nation is about to be impacted on the quality of life. California is in very much in dire straits. Will more deaf schools get hit? Stay tuned for more reports out there.

Enjoy the week! Semper FI.
