Today is my message to the People of Penn State (that is Pennsylvania State-wide):

Step up! Rise up! ACT UP RIGHT NOW!

Why? Because Jerry Sandusky wants "access" (meaning to see) his grandchildren.

Sandusky Request

We must rise up as the people of Pennsylvania and tell the prosecutor in the case to tell to Sandusky's judge: DON'T CHANGE SANDUSKY'S TERMS OF BAIL!

Jerry Sandusky hasn't shown any ounce of care, grief, or remose for all the damages he's caused on the campus of Penn State University. He hasn't shown any real respect for the death of Joe Paterno and he shouldn't have been allowed to be at the funeral either!

In any real case, Sandusky MUST BE DENIED to even protect members of his own family: Namely grand-children. Sandusky must be patient and acknowledge the seriousness of the charges that are against him. He will get his day in court, but the terms of his bail must remain UNCHANGED.

The only way Jerry Sandusky can see his friends and grand- kids if he goes BACK BEHIND JAIL BARS WHERE HE BELONGS. That's the only decision a judge should say to Jerry Sandusky clearly.

Until then, Tell the prosecutor and the judge exactly how we, the people of Penn State all feel.
RISE UP and say it CLEARLY!

Another article appeared on deaf read and I just knew I had to pass this on to my readers here.

UFC Guard on Deaf Shopper

Some one is going to accidental kill someone one of the days by a security guard and when it happens, there's going to be serious outrage.

We, the deaf community, as well as the disabled/handicapped community ought to be outraged.

Tell me, what does it take for a security guard to UNDERSTAND that someone is deaf?

It may have to be time for the deaf community to call in the ADA lawyers and go to every store in California and SLAP these Forever 21 stores with a lawsuit so HARD, it'll make them re-consider hiring UFC wanna-be security people. Maybe Forever 21 should take serious considerations about the public relations about how their employees and the security is doing these days.

But you know this: It'll wind up in court. The police and national guard should have stepped in and taken the security guard out in handcuffs.

If you see a forever 21 store, Send them a letter and tell them "I won't shop until it's ADA approved!" and maybe every business out to realize that.

Even if my hearing is now back, I'm still legally deaf (hearing impaired). At the time I was fully deaf, I really did understand how it is to be living fully deaf and with out sound. I thank God I can hear some and help others.

But the next time a security guard decides to go UFC on one of my own deaf friends just because we missed a security alarm, I promise you this: I'll do my own UFC fighting in court on him!

Security guards, get a life. Yes there are bad ass hearing people out there. But should want to hurt a disabled person for any reason, you better hope GOD doesn't decide to make you PERMANENTLY disabled as a future punishment.

Was there a real "Villains" in life?

I picked up the Williamsport Sun-Gazette Newspaper today that told the real news more than what CNN reported.

Let me give you an example:

Phil Knight's Remarks:

'It was Nike founder and CEO Phil Knight who broke the dam, defending Paterno's handling of child-sex allegations that were leveled against a former coaching assistant.

"if there is a villain in this tragedy, it lies in that investigation and not in Joe Paterno's response," Knight said. Paterno's widow, Sue, was among those rising to their feet." (the quote from the Sun-Gazette.com site)

That was the statement that was made to show directly to the one organization: David Clohessy, the director of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests. The message is: If you want your Villains to hate, then turn it on the PSU Board of Trustees, Administration of PSU, McQueary, and the most of all: Sandusky.

Even as Joe Paterno had passed the info up to his superiors at the top of the chain of command, it was them that looked for a scapegoat and found the excuse they wanted to get rid of Paterno.
So while the PSU BOTs lawyer says that they are standing by the facts of what was said to justify their reason for firing paterno, they still want to honor him some day.

But their honor may have to wait for a long while. With a Sandusky trial coming up this Summer, and for some of the former administration people also charged as well, you can expect some surprises. Expect some of these PSU Board of Trustees start to leave for a better life else where while they can do so. Their replacements will have to defend their actions.

At the same moment, Sandusky's victims should turn on Sandusky himself. Perhaps right there, that's where the real villain is.

Until Summer comes: Now is our early spring. Healing, Unity, and strength to build up until the time of Justice begins. You can be sure Paterno will be watching from above.

Perhaps now there are some real villains in life out there. I also do know a personal few of my one. Sadly this isn't the old west or east and the law isn't justice used by the gun to avenge broken honor. Some of these villains will get away with it. But in the end it's not only us, but the villains as well that will meet TRUE JUSTICE at the hands of King Jesus. Perhaps right there, we should be in respect that Paterno has died and gone on to face his life's justice as we all will have one day at our own death.

Until then, here's my suggestion to the PSU BOTs, Sandusky, and McQueary: Make good use of the campus chapel for your soul's sake.

Remembering Paterno's memorial.

G'Evening Everyone.

Yes, today is the evening. The evening of Remembering the days of Joesph Vincent Paterno. To many people alike, he is called Joe Paterno. In short: JoePA.

Today was the memorial service for Joe Paterno as it became the final conclusion of his funeral. If you had a chance to see it on TV, you had to be moved.

But of all the words that were said, you could see it in the eyes of the mourning people. Some had words ready to speak at Sandusky as well as Sandusky's victims. Sandusky's victims should be careful who they target. Not just PSU and not just Paterno, but right at Jerry Sandusky alone. Jerry Sandusky shouldn't had show up at this service. Much less, Mike McQueary either. Both of them should have stayed away and watched TV like all the millions of Penn State Alumni and fans alike.

While everyone has praise Joe Paterno for helping in their lives, they know an impact has been made to leave his legacy for years to come.

But one of the greatest statements that his son ever spoke to his father?
Jay Paterno said to his father:

"You did all you could do. You've done enough. We all love you. You won. You can go home now," he said."

In sense it says it all: "You done the battle (the sandusky fall out). You tried to fight the greater war on your body (cancer). But in the end, you did what you had to do for everyone. Now it's our time to take up the reins you have given to us. We will continue the battle. We will honor your spirit. This is your victory that nobody can take from you. Not even the courts. Be at peace".

In the coming days, when Sandusky appears in court, the spirit of paterno will be against him and his victims. And should the court find paterno innocent and the authorities of PSU in trouble and Sandusky guilty, that should be all that needs to clear paterno.

Let's hope one good thing comes out of this: A warning of a message from God to McQueary and Sandusky, even if it's not written on the wall then it's there: tell the truth or else.

But until their own fate (McQueary and Sandusky) be decided, it was a day to honor Paterno. Until then the Nittany Lion has roared their mournful growls over the loss of the dominant Alpha male: Joe Paterno.

Bill O'Brien must learn to earn his lion stripes. But he also must learn to earn his respect too. It would be best if O'Brien learned from the Impact that Joe Paterno made. In time O'Brien could make a new impact and hopefully a better PSU season.

Obama's Last State of the Union

G'day Everyone.

Tonight is the Traditional State of the Union. Tonight is the night that the President of the United States must speak to both houses of Congress and the Nation about how well we are doing and how we should be able to face this year of 2012 economically.
HOWEVER Obama has to convince everyone, that is all of the American voters, of WHY HE DESERVES A 2nd TERM.
Given the last 4 years of his political life from the Change promises to his current term, Obama needs to reflect back hard and careful of what he's done in his life as our Commander in Chief.

Tonight is Obama's greatest moment of his entire political life. He MUST show his democratic party of why he should remain being their political man and win the next election.

But when you look at how congress is so divided and how much the nation is leaning back to the republican party, it should give the democrats a lot of *PAUSE* and consider their fate. If the democratic party wants to win this year, they should consider Hillary as their champion (if she wants to win this year). OR any other leader that they are willing to put up against Obama.

On the Republican side? I'm not making determination yet of who I want. But ask me again when it gets down to 3 choices.

Tonight, we should all watch closely. Tonight, Obama must convince the nation with HIS OWN SPEECH, not his speech writer's stuff. If Obama doesn't convince us all, then come November, we shall remember, of who to vote, for that's all he wrote!

Jerry Sandusky's fate in trouble

G'day Everyone.

Jerry Sandusky, the former assistant of the deceased PSU Head Coach Joe Paterno, knows his fate is in trouble.

Paterno was his witness and his friend that he had hoped that would bail him out at the coming summer 2012 trial. But now, his fate for freedom completely, is compounded by Paterno's death. Worse yet, he must face former assistant Mike McQueary and the victims.

Though McQueary is in doubt too. But if McQueary really saw of what Sandusky was doing in the shower with kids, why didn't he go to the police as well as the upper university people in proper positions to handle this? We don't know. Maybe Joe Paterno was in serious disbelief of what Sandusky was doing.

Right now, Sandusky has to face some long legal talks and risks to take. One thing he should NOT do is go to Joe Paterno's funeral. Nor any of the Penn State University administration should bother to show up there. Sandusky should really put his affairs in order and ask that he return his bail bond in order to report for jail. Not only would it bring protection for him but give him credit for time served.

However, Sandusky has to realize right now that he's the one who got Joe Paterno fired. He's also the one who killed Joe Paterno. Why do I say that? Because, Joe Paterno believed in only one job his whole life: He lived, breathed, worked, ate, slept, spoke for all his life about PSU Football. Joe Paterno walked the walk and talked the talk of how good PSU is. Joe Paterno may have been powerful, but he was still human. Sandusky has to realize that his crime forced PSU to terminate Joe Paterno because they believed that Joe Paterno was "contaminated" by Sandusky.

Joe didn't have the spirit to really live his retirement life. He watched Tom Bradley coach the last 4 games to a conclusion of a football season. It must have torn Joe's heart apart for his beloved PSU team.

It is interesting to say that Paul Bear Bryant died a month after he was fired. Joe Paterno passed away in 2 and a half months.

Sandusky has a troublesome fate now. No hope for him beyond 2012. The only thing he should do is lay low and quiet. Listen to his lawyer. If a prosecutor gives Sandusky a plea deal, Sandusky had better take it quickly, least if he's found GUILTY by a jury, penalty can be worse.

Until summer 2012, Sandusky, go sit in a small chapel and pray! Your fate is with God some day.

HOLY CRAP IN HAPPY VALLEY! I'm not just swearing that for your pleasure today. But, I am mad as well at the antics of Westboro Baptist Church that are acting up again.

This time, they could get killed here in State College, PA.

Why?
A good friend of mine spied two articles worthy to post here and alert everyone:

There is now a reason why some of my friends in State College have been told to be high alert in the coming days of the Funeral of Joe Paterno. There is fear and concern here that if WBC shows up, it is most likely that someone is going to bring out some LEGAL guns and shoot these WBC people to hell themselves.

Make no bones about it. I have to agree with the bleacher report, these people need to be arrested the moment they step out with their signs and banners and put into the darkest and dank jail cells possible. Not just for their own safety, but for common sanity of protection.

WBC could be heading into a very deadly show down that will impact upon our nation. So, rise up people of State college and Pennsylvania! Let's show Westboro Baptist Church that they are NOT welcome here. Head to state college. Fill every hotel, motel, and bed /breakfast places. Prevent WBC from camping here too.

WBC must be told that they are NOT doing God's plan or testimony. Of course, Joe Paterno was witnessed to long ago. We don't know when or where, but WBC must back off and stay away. For their own sake!

The people of PA and the students of Penn State University and the alumni of PSU will rise up and defend the paternos.

You want war, WBC? You'll get it, Physical and legal.

Just stay out of State College, PA!

The Passing of a Legend: Joe Paterno

Today's post is an opinion. Thank you.

G'day Everyone.

Maybe the first media reports did get it right that Joe Paterno died or was dying. But none the less, his death came a bitter blow at all of us.

Grief at PSU

As funeral preparations begins, there is no doubt that Paterno's passing does impact many people. Especially to those in the PSU Board of Trustees living their regret of mistakes and now fully knowing that they stole the ending script to paterno's career and used their own form of termination: the Donald Trump version of "Yer FIRED" because the BOTs wanted the final say.
But, not the final honor.

Now, the PSU Board of Trustees must move carefully in the wake of paterno's passing. Since they have already changed the entire PSU Football team, it will be the question now of how many people will be coming back to play for the new head coach O' Brian? That's going to be answered down the road in the future.

Presently, Joe's passing does leave in motion of the entire court in the prosecution of Jerry Sandusky. Jerry Sandusky should not have said anything at all because of what he's done.
The coming legal showdown leaves it with Sandusky, who should be in Jail, and Mike McQueary, who's testimony started everything. Will Sandusky be convicted or will he most likely kill himself to save his own "Legacy"?

To be honest, Sandusky and McQueary are the ones who destroyed Joe Paterno's life. Had McQueary really followed up with the State Police long ago, he would not have to be hiding now.

When Summer 2012 comes and the truth will be told, Joe Paterno may be fully vindicated. When he is, it will be the PSU's BOTs turn to blanch more and leave the university to better members who'll take care of PSU.

PSU's time has come and gone. How many will buy the clothes now? How many students will actually want to get an education at PSU? What happens beyond the trials into the fall 2012?

Time may heal all wounds. But harder to forgive and forget. Especially for Sandusky and McQueary.

But now is the time to lay Joe Paterno to rest. To rest in peace as he has lived. We'll all consider Joe Paterno a legend on campus. Sandusky and McQueary will be an asterisk * beside him.

Farewell, Joe Paterno. Now you get your wish: Eternally fight your old mentor, Paul Bear Bryant. Give him new lessons and make sure he never forgets either!

We, as a State of Pennsylvania, join the Penn State University community in mourning for the loss of one of the greatest legends and condemn the PSU BOTs for their handle of the entire matter. The PSU BOTs will not be forgiven for firing Joe Paterno when he first tendered his resignation.

Let us honor Joe Paterno. May God have mercy on his soul.

The Passing (soon) of Joe Paterno

G'day Everyone.

It is NOT a good day this week in Football. Not really. Last night, we were all told that Joe Paterno's cancer situation has taken a turn for worse and was listed in Serious Condition in the State College Nittany Valley Hospital.

Other reports have said that he was near death as well.

In Truth: Joe Paterno is dying of a broken heart. A broken heart of a series of betrayals: Sandusky, his crime of fucking kids. Mike McQueery, first he says he saw sandusky doing it and now he says he didn't. McQueery said he went to the police, but there's no actual record. Penn State University Board of Trustees: It was their Ultimate decision to NOT accept Joe Paterno's resignation so that they had an opportunity to FIRE HIM based on what Sandusky did and what Mike McQueery said.

In all of that, it is no wonder why Joe Paterno loved his PSU football team. After all of the years that he's done for the PSU and watching his retirement years vanish before him, it is no wonder why he's dying.

Sandusky may not even be able to say his personal apologies to Joe Paterno, but would be told to stay the hell way, even stay away from the funeral. McQueery, on the other hand, should remain where he is: Protected until the trial.

For all of us in the PSU community, Joe Paterno is a wonderful individual. Death isn't fair. But God judges as well.

If Joe Paterno does pass on soon, the entire Pennsylvania state will be in mourning. Let's hope the PSU Board of Trustees realizes their own mistakes before it's too late. But if it gets to be too late, they may not be able to save anything of their community.

Going to a gas station should be fun to get gas for your car. But if you see a tanker truck that is doing their delivery of putting gas in the station's tank, you ought to be aware of what happens:

Gas mixes with water

Read the article carefully.

Because it rarely happens to people, you have to pay attention. When stations are nearly empty, it could most likely have water at the bottom which is heavier than gas. At the same time, water is an engine killer as well.

So, when you see a tanker truck at a gas station, go else where for gas. OR wait until tomorrow to get gas. Give the gas in the station tank time to settle down. Then you can be happy and motor on with a good quality of gas.

Many people have been ROCKED in Rochester, NY today when the corner stone of the industry that been the foundation of Rochester for years could finally be on the edge to be cut and sold away.

Kodak is BANKRUPT!

Many people can't believe that it's going to pass away from this life since it was started in 1888 by George Eastman. Now, as we are in 2012, it could finally face a bitter end of it's life as a business because it can't work well with today's technology. Even though they tried, it was too many business mistakes that have put the company into the process of being sold.

Maybe George Eastman didn't expect his company would survive for more than 114 years. But maybe it's time has come end and be a part of Rochester's history. Whatever company takes over it's businesses and products, they won't have the same impact upon Rochester, but in today's economic waters of employment, thousands of people are going to be looking for work big time.

So, say good-bye to Eastman Kodak, you people of Rochester, NY! You still have Xerox and Paychex!

What could happen in congress could be the biggest mess to impact the Internet across the nation.

This is the discussion about SOPA and PIPA that could be voted on in Congress in the next few days. The result is that the Government would take over in and effort to stop Anti-piracy happening on the Internet. This would also strike at the hackers as well.

People who have made illegal copies of movies and songs across the net are also hackers as well.

India to train riders: Ride normal and safe!

India has it's most problems with illegal train riders. Illegal train riders try to ride for FREE outside the train. But, they're the ones who gamble with their lives, whatever it be on the roof, the side, or the front of the train.

But now the railways of India are fighting back.

As India combats the illegal riders and in hopes to reduce the train deaths from these illegal riders, it will have to face a major public education to end the acts of hobo riding.

Hobo riding is not new. Many people have done this for as long as the days when the train productions have started. But the act of putting your life in danger would be costing your mortal soul to a full loss.

So why do they do this in India? That is because many India people believe in reincarnations. But many people do not realize you don't come back to life here on this earth. You only get one opportunity to live on this earth. After that, you die.

But importantly this explains why: This was your life!

And here is why reincarnation is a lie: THE TRAP

So please understand me. Don't risk your life for any thing of a free ride on a train anywhere. It is better to pay for the ride and be safe. Even if you have to take the next ride.

My Jaw Drops: You gotta be kidding me!

I thought I've seen every bit of lawsuits in this life on earth. Including victims going after the Drunk Driver who caused the accident (which is a normal thing).

Now something that comes right out of nowhere: A convicted drunk driver sues his victims.

Stunned? Pick up your jaw and read: Drunk Driver sues...

Now, if he can prove a shadow beyond a doubt that his dead victims that he hit caused the accident, and not himself, it would put the police and insurance agents into a major tailspin. Not to mention the courts too.

But, if there's a good sense judge that has a bad day in his court, he'll be smart enough to put the lawsuit into a choke hold and say NO, this can't pass! DUI convicted drivers and serving their time in prisons shouldn't have a chance to attack their victims. I do have a feeling that this will make it's way to the high court of our fair nation by 2014 to really rule on whatever rights the convicted drunk drivers really have against victims.

If this guy wins his case, it's going to be majorly clear that every bar in the USA will have to tell their customers this: ONE DRINK. THAT'S IT! Just to prevent drunk driving.

I really hope this drunk driver loses his case and gets re-sentenced to LIFE in prison. Suing his victims in hope of sharing his pain with them is a real bastard.

Mississippi's Governor Pardons troubles.

Governor Pardons. A precious piece of paper that is so valuable that every prisoner, present and past, have long awaited for the signature of a governor that tells the prisoner that the state has forgiven him of his crimes.

But what has happened down in the state of Mississippi has people really wondering how their former governor Barbour could write out some pardons to some very violent criminals right before he leaves office.

Barbour's pardons

Prison trustee programs is usually a program that trains prisoners for the coming life outside the prison walls. But in the recent days, state prisons and some FEDERAL prisons could be ending their trustee programs in an effort to protect the public at large.

Governors and presidents have been known to grant pardons before they leave political office. Some of them generate many controversies out there about the specific pardons. Right now a manhunt is underway to put 4 people back in the prison while others have been told to stay put where they are.

Of course, state legislature has a job to do to create a check and balances to make sure that both: The State Department of Corrections and the Governor are doing their job right.

Prison trustee programs go back a long way in our civilization of life. But not every prison, whatever it be federal or state, would have a trustee program.

The truth is, society has changed. The way people kill other people has become a drastic problem. Some of the deaths of victims have been so violent, that they should NOT be made eligible for the trustee programs.

In sense, prisons have to be careful of who they recommend for pardons by a governor or president.

But what former Governor Barbour has done may directly impact on other State/Federal prisons around the nation.

Let's hope common sense prevails. As for those on the run, I plead to them to turn themselves in before they ruin their chances of a pardon permanently.

Can Paterno forgive himself before he dies?

G'day everyone.

Football weekend:

The SF49ers move on after they Pick-axed the NE Saints to the death in their game.
NY Giants (as predicted) Melted and squashed the cheese of the Green Bay Packers.
Next weekend, it will be NY Giants vs SF 49ers. I believe the Giants will smash the 49ers with an ANTI-pick-axe defense.

The Baltimore Ravens pulled out the Alfred Hitchcock effect of "THE BIRDS" play and pecked the Houston Texans to bits before the Texans had a chance to brand the wings off the birds. Very good game.
Meanwhile, The New England Patriots had done their home work very well. They loaded up the guns so well, they SHOT and SHOT and wounded the Broncos through 3 quarters. It was the last shot the put the Broncos out of misery. But Tim Tebow lost his God miracle effects with a non-ability to stage a comeback. Any hope of that starting got SHOT down. But strangely, Tebow will be in a CBS sports chair even before his career is done! That is drawing fire from many former players at this point.
Be prepared to watch the Ravens flap hard against the NE Patriots. But Expect the Pats to do their homework on a solid A+ work in the game.

Also over the weekend, Joe Paterno appeared on CNN and lamenting that he wishes he could have done more but delegates the authority to those in control at the university. But Joe Paterno has his own complications of his health on the line. He may never be able come back and resume his football coaching job, even if a court finds him innocent and PSU guilty of firing him too fast before they had a chance to really understand things that were happening.

Penn State University needs to hit Sandusky so hard, it'll make him wish he had died long ago.
At this point, now is the time we must all pray and comfort Paterno. Tell him we forgive him and to forgive himself. God will have the final justice on Sandusky soon.

Broncos shot to death by the NE Patriots.

G'day Everyone.

Last night in NFL Play-off football:

The San Francisco 49ers took their pick-axe and threw it into the heart of the Vood00 chanting Saints and prevented them from uttering anything else. Final score.. SF49ers: 36 NO Saints: 32. The Saints had to limp home and wishing they never beat the other team this year in the Wild Cards. That's a good thing for them to do.

Meanwhile, the ever joyous and pass happy Tim Tebow and his Broncos had expected to find a win over the New England Patriots last night. Unfortunately, God was not with Tim Tebow and his teammates. Had the NFL ruled correctly a few days ago, The Broncos would not be there. Of course, God had the proper rule of the previous game's last play: Illegal set-up.

Tim Tebow lost himself and his testimony. The ranted, raved, cursed, and spat like a sinful man. There was no miracle come-backs. No long passes (only a rare few made it). Nothing was working.

The Patriots had done their homework while they rested. They knew exactly of what was coming. They got prepared. In the end, Tim Tebow and his Broncos got overpowered, sacked, hurried, and hurt like nothing they never expected.

In the very end, the very throw that Tim Tebow did on Pittsburgh Steelers in OT would come back to bite him in his very rump butt. Boy did it leave a mark.

At the first half game, Broncos were seriously wounded. But there were signs of a come-back.
But at the start of the 2nd half, they got "shot" again, this time mortally wounded.
Near the end of the 4th quarter, you'd see fights, bench clearings, and general chaos. At the end, the NE Patriots had no choice but to shoot the broncos out of the misery of the play-offs.

It was the answer that the Pittsburgh Steelers asked the New England Patriots to do: Beat them for us! The Patriots answered the call very well.

As the battered Broncos head back home after imploding in this game, Tim Tebow needs to do some serious reflection of his life and in his prayer. He needs to apology to Pittsburgh and his fans. He should tell his fans NOT to do any more tebowing, but to worship God instead.

Today, the Patriots will find out who they face next.

The games on hand: The Houston Texans will face the Baltimore Ravens in Baltimore, MD. I'd say be prepared for a scary game as the Ravens will break out "THE BIRDS" game and peck the Texans to death. Unless Texans have some red-hot irons ready to brand the ravens with the "HTX" mark, I'd wish them good luck.
I predict the Ravens to win 33-7.

Meanwhile, The New York Giants travel to the cold and snowy Green Bay Packers field in Wisconsin. This could be a very cold and messy game. Much worse than what's happened in Foxboro, Mass. Expect the cheese to be frozen solid and the Giants will take a swing of their CLUB and smash the packers to bits.
I predict Giants 56- Packers 3.

1912 to 2012: Two major ships.. SANK!

G'day everyone.

Everyone is watching the events unfold about a major cruise line sinking near Italy. It makes people remember back to 1912. That was then the Titanic (unsinkable, they say) sank!

The Costa Concordia SANK!

All of the events were almost the same as the titanic (according to the news reports). However, this time, the Costa Concordia did not break apart and sink all the way to the bottom. But it is in shallow waters.

You can't think but be in awe of the pictures coming across the Internet world. They tell of the whole disaster of what happened. Thankfully, the captain didn't bother to go down with his ship. But he is arrested.

Think back to the Titanic sinking. The accounts of all the reports are by the survivors of the disaster back then. It would take time till some decades later, submarines would go to the deep site and find the wreckage of the Titanic. It would be a sight to be hold and accurate all the survivors stories.

One book author thought that the Titanic was still whole when it sank and wrote the story: "Raise the Titanic". The Titanic will never be raised. But the Titanic will remain where it is since it is also a graveyard for the dead that died on board.

So, if you are going on a trip, do yourself a favor. Pack carefully and be prepared to lose everything in the event a ship has a disaster.

Pray for the victims of the Costa Concordia. The captain will have his day in court to explain his defense of his ship and his crew.

MLK weekend

I would say G'day if I had a choice. But not today.
Not when this weekend is Martin Luther King (MLK) holiday.

Everyone has their pro (for), con (against), and anti-MLK (very against MLK) views across the news and blog landscape.

I like the African/American (black) community. But not MLK.

MLK is just about everywhere: streets named after him. Pictures hung on walls in public places, Quotes inscribed just about anywhere the public can see it. Memorial to MLK in the DC is so outrageous, that I'm sure MLK himself would step up from the grave and say "Do not worship me. Worship God alone!".

Since MLK died, MLK has been judged by the Lord God himself. What justice was served then? Possible a rough one since MLK said "I have a dream" speech.

Today, I replace MLK's speech with my own speech.

I have a dream

I have a dream
and in this dream, I have seen the future of earth.
The world shattered by the acts of the Anti-christ.
Anti-Christ sought to destroy Israel and the earth.
To prevent King Jesus from taking over the world which is his royal duty
as described in the Word of God.

but KING JESUS!

If you value the quality of human life.. you have to join some outrageous moments in medical decisions.

The outrage

Now, if doctors are starting to decide to allow people of all stages of disabilities to suffer in their lives, then they have left their compassion and ethics the moment they made that decision. They will stand before God to explain away their decision of why they had to let disabled people to suffer.

Disabled people need to be able to live a quality of life in the lives of those who are caring for them. But if a doctor refuses to help carry out the healing process. Then other doctor and hospital ought to step in, with out any care about finances, but having tons of ethics and compassion for the disabled community. God brings disabled community in to the lives of people.

IF doctors and hospitals don't care for them, then they better watch out for God. Because God's righteous judgements will fall on them in the most UNEXPECTED way.

Have compassion for disabled people please.

Can Paterno be brought back at PSU?

Today's post is an opinion

G'd Day Everyone.

While new president of PSU is in the meetings with the PSU alumni across the State of Pennsylvania and NYC, there is now a question rising among everyone:

Can Joe Paterno be brought back to his football coaching position at PSU?

Unfortunately, in the minds of many people: It's too late. Not only did Joe Paterno wanted to resign at the end of the season, but his own health is on the line. That's when the Board of Trustees of Penn State University (BOTs of PSU) stepped in. They decided in their own haste to protect their interests: They FIRED Joe Paterno from his position. They wouldn't accept the resignation at all.

Bringing him back to the position of the Head Coach of Football would be an admission of guilt and haste decisions. But, at the same time it's too late as well. The new PSU Football Head Coach is Bill O'Brien. He's already has made his place on the football staff. You can bet he'll fight tooth and nail to stay at PSU.

That puts the BOTs of PSU in a troublesome position right now. Even if the new President of PSU tries to calm the alumni of PSU out there, it won't quell of what's happened in November 2011.
If the BOTs of PSU got pressured to fire Paterno, which was a sports writer's dream of splashing the head lines with his column and sports piece, then PSU has bowed to it. It's makes the Media guilty as well for their greed.

At the present, I can only say this: What has happened at PSU in November 2011 was an event that was unavoidable. Sandusky's grand standings hurt not only himself and his court case, but all of those around him. Which means: does he really have any hope of a fair trial in Pennsylvania or in the nation? At this point, I don't think so. In other words, if Sandusky wants to have his day in court, he might as well ask that it be held in Canada. Or at the worst, on the international space station.

Since the BOTs of PSU did not want to wait for the wheels of justice to move fast enough for their decisions, maybe to fire Joe Paterno was right idea. But, to do it with 3 games left was, of course, was a bad idea. Under Tom Brady, the season ended on a 2-2 note for him.

Now that 2012 is here, it's an all new year. Bill O'Brien is now head coach. He's trying to repair and reform the football team in time for the coming games. He has to find out who's willing to come play for him. PSU has a lot of anger to return some losses back to the teams that beat them.
Sandusky's day will be in court this Summer 2012. Will he really be vindicated or will he be GUILTY? I would be sure that he'd make a plea deal quickly as possible to spare the expense of a trial.
For Joe Paterno: Taking time for his family and his health is more important now. Loyalty to PSU can be for all they want, but betrayal is never forgiven.

Perhaps JoePA's firing was a step to help the victims heal. But it's also a step to fight against Sandusky as well.
In this case: JoePA is not only a victim of the BOTs of PSU, but Sandusky too.

Lastly, the new president of PSU has a rough job to do: smoothing things with the alumni community. But until Summer, he may not have an easy spring.

Until then, those that are left at PSU should study well and prepare for the future. What ever happens, PSU will get through this. Just as long as there's a formal paw print on Sandusky that says JUSTICE.

The Broncos' SIN is revealed, BCS, and JayPA

If the NFL takes a closer look at play-off games, especially in Overtimes, this one should have been RED FLAGGED (meaning dead ball along with penalty).

This revelation should bring a complaint out of Pittsburgh Steelers. If it does, it would bring a closer look on how the game happens this weekend when the Broncos goes to the New England Patriots field. Believe me, the Patriots will be watching a lot more closely and taking no chances.

If it happens again this weekend, Tim Tebow and his 3:16 (bible verse) may not be any more effective in the NFL. Neither will his Tebowing either. It'll prove he's a sinful man as well as his team.

And for this, if the Broncos and Tim Tebow may need to send a personal apology to Pittsburgh Steelers. But only then Pittsburgh's response may bring out their glove and smack them on the face of the broncos and say: "REMATCH! WITHOUT Tim Tebow!". If that happens, NFL just may have to allow that game to settle the dispute before the 2012 season starts.

In the BCS, there may be a welcome change that will come. Most of the people are thanking Alabama for that change to finally happen:
College Play-offs?

Sadly to say, The Paternos are no longer associated with Penn State University. The infamous Jay Paterno, JayPA for short, has resigned from PSU after finding out he would have no future with the PSU Football team.

While the Sandusky case and the PSU has cleared away most of the PSU Football staff, it'll be months to wait till we find out next Fall 2012 if it will make it an effective change in the PSU football team. By the time Summer 2012 hits, the PSU and the community could well be rocked by what Sandusky says in court.

Whatever happens in the football world, let's hope change is positive.

If United Airlines wants to stay in Pittsburgh, PA, then they may want to apologize to the Pittsburgh Fans for the way they were treated in Denver, Colorado.

You can really bet that those employees in Denver will be looking for new jobs (especially the one who posted that little message) and United Airlines doing some drastic public relations image postings.

Also heard that Alabama players and fans were also taunted on their way back home as well. Nobody doesn't like what happened in football games. Especially in play-off games.

One other thing: The mayor of Pittsburgh may well want to re-think making sports bets next time during play-offs.

Now, if Mayor Hancock can overcome his political rivals in the next election, he may want to invoke a certain promise: "I promise NOT to Tebow in public ever again". But chances are that voters may want to change mayors for someone better. Some one who won't bet their political life image, but use the food instead!!

Meanwhile: The BCS may have just heard every one's reactions out there. Even now that Alabama has won too many titles, the tipping point has arrived. (thanks, 'bama. We knew you'd force a change finally!)

Finally and lastly, a personal word to a friend of mine out there in Alabama: I do apologize to you but I won't talk to you until your precious Alabama has lost several games this fall. So you can take that bet to the bank for it. Best wishes to you till next year's BCS game.

That being said, I have heard among my friends that the LSU/Alabama game has divided many people while some have gotten RICH in the extreme sports bettings.

Nobody may not like how the entire BCS season went. But people need time away from each other. Some how, some friends will come back to being friends again. IF it's strong enough.

Until then, wait till this weekend of football for more blood baths.

Lackluster night in the BCS Championship Game.

G'day Everyone.

Last night, the BCS Game looked like it was scripted so that Alabama could win the National Title outright in a "performance" that made it seem that the Tides beat the Tigers.

But was L.S.U. really playing or were they holding back until it was too late?

Whatever it was, it was clear that Alabama was to have that National Championship Title for whatever reason.

Even by the start of the 4th quarter, the stadium was just a sea of Alabama Fans. LSU fans left in disgust at what was going on. I wouldn't be surprised if they all demanded their money back.

Which means, by the time Les Miles gets back to LSU campus, his life's work could be questioned and possible told to pack his bags and get out.
One more thing for Les Miles: He better have a good answer why he didn't change Quarterbacks when he was screamed at to do so. Any self-respecting coach would have yanked the poor performing Quarterback in favor of a back-up QB long before 3rd quarter. If Les Miles didn't have that guts to do it, he should be told to get the hell out of L.S.U. before the end of the day.

For Nick Saban, I personally think he can do two things: First, choke to death on the National Championship title for exacting revenge from LSU. That was the worst thing of his entire life to lead a team of guilty men of doing just that.

Second, he should fear God right now. Because if God decides to put ANOTHER TORNADO on the ground of Saban's state and destroy the entire nation of Alabama again, it could be a very permanent thing to do of which Saban and his players would have no home nor college.

Perhaps last night should be the call for BCS to install a true play-off system. After the mess of this season, it's time that there is a system in place and there should be.

One more thing: Alabama should enjoy their title. Just party it up and get drunk for all their worth.

But the moment Summer 2012 hits when college football camps open, every college is going to put a target map on the wall and mark Alabama and say "This is the team to beat. Beat them, hurt them, stop them and the title will be OURS!". That will be the mantra across the south east USA by the colleges. Hopefully, it'll be the end of Crimonson Tides for good.

So up your health care plans, 'Bama Boys. You asked for it. Broken Bones and blood losses this coming fall for you all!

Expect revenge to be exacted by the NEW LSU Tigers. When that happens, you'll thank God then and not Nick Saban. If Auburn really burns the 'Bama boys, Praise God then!

EPIC FOOTBALL BATTLE TONIGHT!

G'day Everyone.

Tonight, the people who run the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) might find themselves in the biggest controversial moments of their life when it finally happens.

Tonight is supposed to be billed as the Re-Re-match of the college football game between L.S.U. Tigers vs Alabama Tides (the elephants). This isn't just for bragging rights, but for the national BCS title.

However, expect this to be the most VIOLENT football game of all games tonight. It may force the people of BCS to finally consider a proper football play-off system. So see what happens tonight.

My bet is on LSU Tigers to win it all.

Meanwhile, if you are done tebowing for Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, it has been said that that Tim Tebow had better not come to Pennsylvania at any time right now. It was a controversial shocker last night when it just took one throw from Tim Tebow to win the game. Many people said it was unfair and very unpopular finish to the game.
If Tim Tebow's throw does become a full discussion in the off-season, it may lead to new changes in the Overtime rules itself.
Right now, Pittsburgh has pleaded to the New England Patriots to gun down the Broncos. It could happen. Hopefully!

So, here's the coming football play-offs:
January 14:
New Orleans Saints face the San Francisco 49ers: my bet is that the 49ers with pick-axes so sharp, they'll nail the saints to the turf. Expect the 49ers to win.
Expect the Broncos to be gunned down by the New England Pats. Hopefully, Tim will run himself out of the game before he really gets hurt.

January 15: Houston Texans vs Baltimore Ravens. There's a good chance that Ravens may have their feathers branded badly before they can peck their escape from the Texans. But that might come with a costly price.
The New York Giants vs Green Bay Packers. This game could get a very sticky mess. But expect the cheese to go flying all over the place. Chances are good that the cheese will have a serious melt down as the Giants smash their way to a solid win.

As far as things happen, tonight will be the ugly mess. Tune in to your favorite TV set and don't be late. Enjoy the game. And please, keep your TV bricks soft.

PSU has a new head coach!

Breaking news!! If the reports are accurate, Penn State University has a new head coach for Football!!

If this report is accurate as it is.. PSU will be able to move into the 2012 season with a new coach. But, he will have to finish his professional NFL season first with the Patriots.

Update: the above was written late last night as I planned to use it as a "breaking news".

The question now poses across the PSU fans, alumni, and Student base if Bill O'Brien is the RIGHT Head Coach Football for PSU?

There are many across the PSU landscape that believe that Joe Paterno was fired too fast and too soon in the wake of the Sandusky scandal by the Trustees of PSU. As the Sandusky case winds through the courts, once the truth comes out, Joe Paterno may well be a vindicated victim by Sandusky of which the PSU BOTs may have a more bigger headache on their hands then.

We don't know the future, but hopefully things will happen as they happen.

Until then, the PSU BOTs had better make careful moves because it's future now hangs in their hands.

Passing the mid-week of the first week of 2012

G'day Everyone.

Well, the first few days of 2012 has just passed it's first over the hump (mid-week) of the year.

How do you think most people are reacting? Some positive. Some negative.
Especially since the first Iowa Primary had a lot of wins and losers. The one lone GOP candidate that Sherlock wanted to see on the ballot this year was Michele Bachmann. This woman was very courageous and wonderful to watch. But she didn't have a choice when she wasn't considered a candidate. She resigned and will continue her term in congress. We definitely need people like her a lot more.

Right now, in Congress itself: it's still on "vacation". But President Obama made a recess appointment of which could further cause new problems for Obama and Congress. Could anything be really done in our government this year while it's still a presidential election?

Finally, if you seen the winter classic of the NY Rangers vs Philly Flyers (I missed the game so I don't know who won. ahh just found out.. it was the rangers.) on TV that was in Philly, Fan violence is getting out of control.
The Philadelphia police department is asking for the public help in identifying those who attacked other people.

Nobody doesn't like what happened at the game. But it certainly doesn't give it a right for a Philly fan to beat up a ranger fan to near death.

For what must be done, we do need people to step up and turn the fans gone respectfully bad into the police so that they can sit in a permanent time-out and possible being banned from all NHL games.

Let's face it, sports games are supposed to be enjoyable. However, when it comes to the LSU/Alabama games soon, police are really going to have to remind fans to be respectful of each other, no matter how the outcome goes. You can always blame it on the poor referee in the comments.
And if you don't like the other team's fans, then do the public a favor: Stay home and throw your fake TV brick at them.

Library sends cops after girl for overdue books!

Parents ought to warn their kids to the max. The punishment ought to fit the crime. Especially when it comes to OVERDUE books that belongs to the library!!

Libraries are getting more aggressive about their overdue books these days. Even when there's kids involved.
If it wasn't the threat of fines that could put kids and parents in the poor house already, it's the local jail and having a record for life already.

What parents need to do is start teaching kids the responsibility for the public books. Even returning them on time is very important. Because if they don't, bad things do happen.

Here's a suggestion for parents, buy books to keep at home for yourselves.

PSU put out of its misery in Football bowl game.

G'day Everyone.

Penn State University Nittany Lions football season came to it's demise at the hands of Houston University Cougars during a Ticketcity bowl game yesterday 30-14. The Cougars could have had a huge cat fight on their hands, only if PSU Lions were not so wounded to the death. As some would say that the Cougars SHOT PSU in the head to end the disastrous season that they have had. Even Coach Tom Bradley knows it's over.

As the team is back in (Happy) Sad Valley, it's future is in turmoil. No head coach yet. Justice about to begin for Sandusky as well. Expect the entire PSU Football Staff to start job searching hard now. They know their days are done here in Penn State.

Houston should take it easy right now. A wounded PSU is most likely to remember what Houston did and should the two teams ever meet again, Houston might well brace for some sharp claws and teeth against them one day. Chances are good that two teams will NEVER meet again.

Meanwhile, PSU had a gift that they should smile about. The Wisconsin Badgers couldn't beat the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl game. Watching that game, PSU ought to cheer long and loud that the Badgers lost a tough game. It's a bitter sweet ending to the Football season, but watching a rival fall in a major game, (and many believe PSU should have been in it), makes it all sweeter. Congrats to the Oregon Ducks!!

In the Gator Bowl: The Florida Gators may smile to win their own bowl game, but if the Football Gods ever pit Florida to face Ohio State University again, Florida may well want to run for the locker room and head for home in forfeit. With Urban Meyer just becoming the Head Coach of Ohio State University, Urban Meyer may well make his next target next fall on Florida Gators.

The Florida Gators may want to prepare for the 2012 season very carefully and in full health of their team. If they lose anyone before they meet up with OSU again, it could spell doom.

But soon the come may be the BCS Championship Bowl game of them all: LSU vs Alabama. This could be the great rematch of all rematches. But get this: It could get very violent there. If I were the people running this game, I'd have a full squadron of ambulances standing by for almost anything, including the local state police too.

Once the BCS game is over and the college football season officially closes, everyone will wonder what the hell happened this 2011 season. For the most part colleges will have to rebuild their teams for the coming fall. The only question is, can high school football players afford college? It depends on economics here. So best wishes.

G'day Everyone.

Welcome to 2012: the year of the political choice! It's going to be a major year for many people.
In Iowa, the competition is under way to see who would win the first round of voting.

Most companies are open today as people head back to work.
The Federal Government is on a holiday for today, then they come back to work tomorrow.
Obama has to be back in DC from his "vacation".
Congress has a laundry list of items to do and must get done.

Some colleges are open. Some are not. Some are about to start Spring semester.
Schools are open as classes full of kids that are bitching about not having one more day of winter vacation.

But for many of the unemployed people, it's another Monday to fight for a job.

Many people are starting their resolutions. Some are breaking them. How many of you are still hung over from the hang overs? Don't answer. Just get better.

Most of all, NYC is cleaning up from the NYE party. Always a mess as it is.

As it stands, we are in 2012 now. Don't worry if the year ends in 353 days. The Mayans are wrong at the most.

But our nation is in hopeful dreams that this year will be better times. Let us do hope they choose a better president.

The last Friday and weekend of 2011/2012

G'day Everyone and Happy New Year!

It's the last Friday of the year and the weekend of 2011/2012.

But how much do we feel of 2011 so far?

Our nation has gone through many natural disasters: Tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and many areas flooded with water! Many places are destroyed and are still recovering. People are hurt and recovering. People are in grief at this time of the year. But there is hope that people will heal from these disasters. It is even a footnote that many buildings in DC have been damaged during the Virginia quake.

However, our government has been going through some political infighting. Especially in congress. Whatever it be of shut downs, or going broke or both. Our Federal Government has been living on the edge of itself. But the bigger question is, can it survive itself in 2012? That's the question.

Notable people have been in trouble this 2011: Blagojevich got convicted and sentenced. Starts his prison term in 2012. So does Michael Jackson's ex-doctor too.

Osama Bin Laden got killed in his own house and Pakistan, which was suppose to help the world stop terrorism happens to be one hiding the lot of them in their own back yard.

Kim Jong IL dies and his supposed "son" Kim Jong Un takes over. But sadly to say, North Korea won't ever talk to South Korea and the state of war remains in place.

China looks posed to take on the space race and out do everyone else.

But for many of us in the deaf community, will there be more problems or scandals that involve the Video Relay Services (VRS)? Will there be a war between ZVRS and Sorenson? Will there be more federal court hearings for the VRS people who defrauded the government? Only time will tell.

So, are we set for 2012? Which do we believe? More disasters happen like in 2012 the movie? Or should we believe in the Mayan Calender of which it says the world will end on December 21, 2012?

All of these are questions about the future of life on earth and for the deaf community.

Some of us hearing and deaf alike, are in hopes that the job market will pick up and hire more people out there. But that could get complicated as banks fail, major companies lay off (like Sears/K-mart) people.

2012 is going to be a major political year in which a lot of things will happen. Ours is a year in which we hopefully will choose the correct President of the USA. But if fate chooses us to stay with President Obama, I fear 4 more years of bad things will happen for our nation.

Hopefully and prayerfully, Nuclear war does NOT happen. But if it does, we all need to be prepared for it.

So, in saying of this last Friday of the year 2011 and the weekend of 2011/2012, I'm asking all of my readers to please be safe this weekend. If you are going to be driving, I do ask you to keep your hands on the wheel. That means, no calling or texting on the cell phone/pagers while driving. Do not drink and drive.

Just remember, police will be patrolling every where. So watch your speeds.

If you host a party, please drink responsible and be responsible for your guests.

The FINAL week of 2011

G'day Everyone.

Merry Holidays to many people out there. With Christmas being yesterday and today being Boxing day in Canada and England, it's a Merry Monday for most of us.

But alas it's the final week of 2011. The count down to the NYE has begun and the week is sure to be busy. Hopefully, nothing short of any Breaking News out there.

Today is also the day called White Monday since it's the Day of Returns of Christmas shopping. Also many sales are off by a percent number and bargain hunters are out in droves of sales.

So if you do go out, go out carefully.

Don't forget, since you may think Christmas is past, Police will still be on a high level of enforcement on the high ways. Reason why? Most people will start a 4 day holiday weekend beginning Friday, December 30th to January 2. That's the New Year's Eve weekend.

We are in a count down mode to 2012. We're already in the Presidential process to choose who will challenge President Obama. While Obama chooses to be in Hawaii for his "vacation", it would have been better if he went to Camp David instead. It could hurt Obama's re-election chances since most of the country isn't taking any vacation time while everyone is trying to find work out there.

As it stands right now, the company may start to pick up economically. But it depends on how we do if we don't suffer any more natural weather disasters here in the USA. Some parts of USA had a white Christmas, but most of USA had a green Christmas as well as a rainy one.

So, if you do intend to celebrate 2012 NYE, please party responsible. Don't drink and drive. Be Safe.

Discriminated again!!

G'day Everyone.

You'd think the hearing world would formally recognize the Americans with Disabilities Act. That's known as the ADA laws.

Well, hearing people DO violate the ADA laws. Even if it is unintentional or intentional.

In the last few days of my life, I have seen so much ADA violations that if I were to grab my lawyer and haul every one's butt into the court house, I could later laugh my way to the bank. But I'm not intersted in that.. yet!

Try like an MRI fails to get an interpreter. Or a Doctor's office intentionally avoids using the Sorenson relay services just to deliver the "Good news" to the relative of the patient in which the patient should be hearing it first.

Just like the world wants to intentionally keep the deaf person or patient in the dark about something else while using it easy as they like to make communication "accessible" with relatives or family members.

If hospitals don't have certified interpreters on call when there's a deaf person involved in a certain life/death situation, then what good is the hospital for the deaf person?

If hearing people want us to die, it seems like it that way.

Whatever it is, it seems to me this:
It seems to me that hearing people want to avoid using the ADA laws and working with the deaf community. If this is the obvious case, then the hearing and the deaf community are still stuck in the stone age despite all the good advancements being destroyed by many rotten apples out there.

Whatever it is, if you have a good doctor, lawyer, boss, dentist, or whatever what important person is in your life and if they do use the relay services to communicate with you, then do me a favor. PRAISE them this Christmas for doing this. Because it will help retain more deaf clients for their business.

Korea's mess, GU Logo.

In the last few days the world hasn't been shocked that much, but it has been expected that the North Korean leader: KimJong II would die one day. It has been in hopes that his death would be the end of any nuclear or biological/chemical threat that he'd make.

However, the world is watching closely for the transition of power and if all is predicted correctly, Kim's son: Kim Jong Un, will most likely be the next leader. But between now and the new year of 2012, Asia is on the alert watch to see if North Korea does anything stupid, like going to war on Kim Jong II last orders. Many of us hope not!

Meanwhile: How many of you actually remember seeing the "new" logo of Gallaudet University as being one of the final products to represent GU and replace the famous "G"?

I have been chatting with several GU alumni who have said that they haven't seen this "new" logo on the list of ballot. Some feel we've been blind sided with a new design that apparently expresses the current climate of Gallaudet University.

Does it mean that education for the deaf improves at Gallaudet? I don't know.

So while GU has a new logo, there has been a discussion among some NTID alumni that NTID's Brick logo should go and be replaced with a new NTID logo as well. Should NTID do that to stay in competition with GU?

I don't know. But messing with an institutional logo that many people come to know college shouldn't be changed. GU messed with theirs and it will take time for people to get used to it.

NTID shouldn't change their logo at all because it is a symbol of the brick city life at RIT.

Opinion day on Blagojevich

Rod Blagojevich has survived one court hearing. Then found guilty on the second of which he could have been hit up to 20 years in Prison. So the former Illinois governor was sacked with a 14 year prison sentence.

Now he's disclosing his "drug" problem of which he hopes will shave off his time in jail.

While Blagojevich is enjoying his holiday and helping his family move, sacking the justice dept with his disclosed "drug problem" could pretty much anger the prosecutors and judge at the next court hearing.

If Blagojevich had disclosed this during his pre-sentence report, he might have gotten less time served.
But at this point, if he gets less time, there's going to questions asked of why.

My opinion should be this: Blagojevich should serve the full 14 years and at the same time get his treatment like any other federal prisoner.

But if he gets away with less time, it would make his guilty conviction look like a grey collar crime of the century in American law.

The only thing Blagojevich can hope for his move his family and then hope God calls him home. But that would trading the punishment on Earth for the punishment from God. Would that be a better thing for Blagojevich? Maybe. But then again, Blagojevich better spend a lot of time praying for more mercy from God rather than a judge.

Going to the Dogs at exam time!

If there were colleges and Universities that would do everything they can to help students get through the stress of examinations, every help is needed.

Like this University of New Hampshire college is one example.

But some students cope with exams with food, drugs, and of course, sex.

How does it all work out? It depends on how well you do with the classes. Including doing your home work, research, and study habits well.

But party schools like GU and PSU, do students do well? It depends. It's the honor students who work hard the most to get the honors and GPAs best. Having parties and sex shouldn't be a part of college life. In today's economic life here, employers are looking for people who do their GPAs well.

As 2012 starts in the next few weeks, colleges are trying to be prepared for the next round of incoming students, whatever they be young or older adult students.

Students of all colleges should party less and focus on the GPAs. If they would do that, there'll be less stress at exam times. Unless you are in the MA and PH'd range.

One of the greatest factors: the cost of lawyers, divorce, and alimony. The heart of marriage problems has always been this: MONEY.

Yes, love is a heart breaker when a wife or husband says "I don't love you any more, I want a divorce" and it can be a nightmare.

It takes two to work a relationship. But it only takes one outside person (or at least an entire church ministry) to interfere with a engagement or marriage relationship and destroy all the happiness that the couple has built.

People need to find a way to put LOVE back into the relationship. They need to work out their problems.

Even though it can be easy to drop everything for divorce, heart breaks can never go away.

So I'm going to say this:

If you know some one who's in a relationship (I don't care what kind of relationship), or engaged, or recently married, please do me a favor in my life.

I don't care if you are envy or jealous of anyone or being directed by some evil pastor or priest to break up some one's relationship. If you are told to interfere with some one's relationship with another person (whatever that be a man or woman) (Trust me, God would NEVER tell you to do this) of someone, do yourself a favor: walk away.

By walking away, you have your hands clean and yourself happy in your life and praying for the couple to enjoy their lives. But, if you do as directed, even if to say "but the pastor/priest told to do it", you are guilty of the crime as well as the pastor/priest. Regret will hang on your heart until the day you die.

My married friends still regret of what they done to me long ago. But I have told them this: focus on your marriage. No choice.

For me, If I ever find a relationship again one day, just look out. I will be the meanest junk yard dog and will bite the first person that suggests to me NOT to be with that person.

Until then I remind my married friends this: find your love and strengthen your marriage relationship.

Paterno in the hospital!

Joe Paterno has taken a lot of hits on the sideline in football. He has suffered a lot. Lost his job, respect, his health. The latest thing? Falling on his butt.

Joe Paterno is in the hospital for a while. Perhaps for his own protection. It may be a good thing, but it's no fun during the holidays as well. Given the level of the entire Sandusky case, Paterno may not find out what happens to his former assistant tomorrow.

Sandusky will make his formal court appearance Tuesday morning. Perhaps then, that's when the truth will start coming out and the court will determine if the charges are real OR at the worst, made up.

hiring for the disabled?

It was back earlier last fall 2011 when President Obama put out an executive notice that the Federal Government needed to hire MORE disabled people. But guess what? It doesn't happen and often. Possible that managers in the Federal Government don't care of what President Obama says so it's just business as usual in Government of DC.

IF and I'm saying a BIG IF companies follow through this in 2012, it will help a lot!! But until we see many companies hiring disabled and deaf Americans, then it can be believed. Perhaps then, this will be the vote getter for President Obama.

What if the GOP candidates in their own states or does something much better than the president and making the ADA law better so that disabled can get jobs like everyone else? Maybe ahead of others?

Who knows?

2012 is an open political ball field, job wise in a huge election year in where candidates make a lot of promises.
Promises like telling a lot of things is like selling snake oil.

But let's do hope jobs happens for disabled and deaf people because we need them and we need to feel productive tax payers like everyone else. We want to help and support our country too!

Was his apology effective while he acknowledges he's done the crimes? Even if he appeals, another judge could possible tack on more time. Blagojevich should consider himself lucky that he's given 90 days to prepare his affairs. It's too bad the judge didn't take him into prison as of January 2nd, 2012. Blagojevich deserves to be behind bars asap.

Justice some times has mercy. Especially during the holiday season of Christmas. Some judges do hand out mercy when it's not only asked upon demand, but the merits of the case.

No matter how you look at it, The Yehs were given some measure of "mercy" in the Viable case while more of their cohorts in crime could well be looking at time in prison for attempts to defraud our U.S. Government. Personally, I did not like the video of John Yeh at the grave of his parents. He should have respectfully said of what he said in the court in an office setting. More formal apology.

If there's any indication that Sandusky should be aware of, he should spare his family and have the holidays at home quickly as possible while he can. He should put his affairs in order and prepare to spend some jail/prison time and stay in protective custody. Nobody isn't going to give any mercy to him. Not even Joe Paterno either.

Speaking on Joe Paterno, mercy ought to be extended to him. PSU may well be shooting themselves in the foot as to have fired him. While PSU will play against University of Houston in a very minor bowl game, Paterno happens to be focused on his health issues at hand. In the coming days of court, expect Paterno to speak out against Sandusky. If anything, Paterno will let loose at good rant on Sandusky and the media will regret of what they done.

Long at last: The former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich is expected to PLEAD to the court and beg for mercy. Does "I'm innocent" and Mercy go hand-in-hand? Think about it as you read the link:

If there's any indication on this court, I think the judge will sentence Blagojevich to a full LONG TIME prison sentence for helping to get Obama elected. Blagojevich is only the fall guy here.

But beyond that, is 2012. Blagojevich won't see any political future for himself nor watch his family grow up more. Blagojevich should have considered the welfare of his family first before trying to crook his way into political power. Perhaps he will be aware of his life once the cell door locks him in for a good long while.
Maybe then he will be more inclined to seek the mercy of God instead.

Mercy and justice some times does go hand-in-hand, when the case merits it. Not just at the holiday season, but at any time God directs it. True mercy comes from God himself. Through the power of prayer.

Should you skip college for good?

College costs have SOARED so SKY HIGH out there, you wonder if it's worth going to college? In the bad Economy, colleges have driven up so much of the cost of college, you really wonder if that's the right idea?

If anything at the present, if you really want to go for college and hope the economics improves along with the debt load you have, then you can be able to afford it.

but if the economics tanks here in USA, many people will be hurt and wish they never went to college. They still have to find a way to pay those student loans too.

So decide carefully if you want to go to college. Chances are this: If the news reports isn't HOGWASH and there's a real hiring out there, the employers better really hire the disabled people.

Cain suspends President Run!

While the other candidates are sorry to see him drop out of the race, they have been quick to show their support for him.

With a heavy heart, we're sorry to see Cain having to leave, but his "victims" have made him do this.
May he find truth and victory in courts and return to the next presidential race in 2016! I look forward to him then!

Penn State University (PSU) is NOT waiting for any TRUTH to come out from the coming court actions in reguards to Jerry Sandusky. What's happening is that PSU is rushing to clean their house and doesn't care about who gets in trouble with the law.

If the truth comes out and Joe Paterno is found innocent of any wrong doing during his time at PSU, Penn State could face a long protracted legal battle with the Elderly Paterno. But any hope of restoring him to his rightful place could already be lost as his health may well be in decline.

Sandusky is already facing one court action this coming next week and a lawsuit is already under way that undermine a lot of things in the near future.

So, the changes are happening at PSU. But will they be for good or bad? A lot of people say that PSU is reacting too fast. Even though they said "We'll name a new football coach before we head to the bowl game (if they ever get into a minor bowl).

NTID's New Building!

Yes, it's coming. NTID is creating another building. But the only place that's falling victim to construction is a small parking lot near the dorms and near the old NTID dining commons area (now CSD building).

By the time the NEXT NTID reunion hits, everyone is going to find major changes on campus. Not just NTID, but RIT as a whole!

However, the calls are getting louder out there and people are telling RIT to stop with all the constructions and let the land rest for a good decade.

It's really a sad thing. From the 1980's, RIT was a young university that had a really nice country setting that made it peaceful enough for students to face the boiler pressures of 10 weeks (12) of classes in a quarter setting. Now in the present time, RIT is flipping itself of looking more like a university city of it's own and the need to relax the pace of classes by switching to the Semester system. Will it be good for the students?
We will just have to see.

Has Herman Cain been done in?

I looked closely at Presidential Candidate Herman Cain. While the man has some good points in his plans if he became President, his ambition has been done in by series of women who launched their "sexual assault" allegations against him.

Herman Cain has no choice but to withdraw and fight these women in court. Even if he were to win in court against these women under oath, these women were nothing but political pawns used against Cain. Even if they do swear the truth, it might have been better if they were not put up to say it.

Presently, America has already been wondering if it has been too soon to be ready for an African American as a president? We all have looked at President Obama closely has he has done a lot of things for this country. Some of those promises he has made has not done too well. Even if he does try to make a comeback for a second term, would he make this country better than he has done in his first term?

Could America have done better if Hillary Clinton were the President? Many do believe that Hillary Clinton was the person many wanted her to be our next leader. But for some reason, Obama became our leader.

Now we are looking at how the GOP might have to replace Herman Cain with Newt Grinch. Newt Grinch was good as he was in Congress long ago. He famously put the country on it's financial track with "Contract with America" plans. Could Newt Grinch do it again in order to become the next President? That remains to be seen.

As we head in to December 2011, it will only be a matter of time before January rings in and then the political fight becomes much rougher.

For the current members of Congress, they don't have much of a choice, but must be mindful to pick their battles carefully with President Obama. Anything that sets off a struggle between the White House "VETOs" and Congressional override votes could really make things interesting.

Interesting to say that yesterday, President Obama was in Scranton, PA to give a speech. While it seems nice that he took the time to visit our state, I didn't get a chance to hear him speak.

The holiday season is here. Let us enjoy these moments of peace for it may never happen again in 2012.

Now that was bad. Get this: The next time you sell your tickets to the opposition fans, I will bet you this: You'll most likely get a visit from college officials at your home to question you why. There are some colleges who keep information about people of where they seat. Usually to be prepared for any type of incidents. I would be thinking North Carolina will be doing this from now on too. So whoever sold their home tickets to the UNLV fans, do yourself a favor. Forget the rest of your season tickets. You might as well send them back to North Carolina where students can use them. I really do have sympathy for North Carolina coach!

As we come to the end of November, take a good moment and breath well. 11 months of 2011 are finally done and gone. As we come to the month of December 2011, which starts tomorrow, let us remember that this is a season of good will, peace, and love to all. God bless to each of you.

The Advent season has begun.

Yesterday, the Catholic Church began it's new missal reading year with the introduction of the new way of saying mass. Yes, the Advent (Christmas) season has begun.

But the questions remain is, should the catholic church force it's people to go close to the way of saying mass in Italian or should it be kept to be the way we, the English speaking community, understand it? That's going to be a general discussion that has begun at the start of yesterday.

As the Christmas season gets underway, it brings the acknowledgement that 2011 is coming to a close in about 4 weeks. Give or take: 33 days to be exact!

Some people would welcome this month again and sigh that the year is finally coming to pass. While 2012 is on the horizon soon, America has much on it's mind. From Politics, to the college sex scandals, to the illegal immigration people (and the many attempts to get them legal), to the economics that are suffering from the poor job market out there.

2012 will be one hell of a headache in a hand basket that this country will need to take some serious advil and some ginger ale soda and do some tough love on it's own self. Political thinking, it's going to be a tough year for the democrats as they must decide to either support President Obama or put up a better candidate. For the republicans: Newt Grinch appears to be the favorite, but some one's better than that.

However, I do think Hilliary Clinton ought to step back in the Presidential race as an Independent candidate. Just for her sake of her husband: Bill Clinton. If she does this, I am very sure she will get the votes to beat President Obama. This time, Obama can't ask her to step aside like the last time. This time, Hillary will get the win for sure. But who knows?

Let's hope it does not end up to be 2012 political circus.

Suddenly, tweets are everywhere and posts are up among many blog sites. If Gov. Sam Brownback can't understand FREE SPEECH in twitter.com, then forcing this teen for an apology could mean a lot of coal this Christmas for him.

Gov. Brownback may not like what's said in twitter and many posts in various blogs, but when this teen said this twitter was meant for her friends, it was said to be that.

And if her principal of her school, Shawnee East Mission school, doesn't back down from the threat of punishing the teen, it could spark a whole lot more of a legal situation that will impact everyone.

So, in the spirit of the holiday Christmas season: Gov. Brownback and the principal of Shawnee East Mission school need to back down before they politically damage themselves. Other wise it will be way too late. Perhaps it is.

If they back down, they may get a good gift from Santa Claus. If not, coal could fill their homes which will keep them warm for ages to come.

Has the new "Witch hunt" started to grip college sports area?

Suddenly another professional college assistant sports coach has gotten fired.

Has it suddenly become "open season" of accusing your assistant coaches of whatever what sports team you play in and go ahead to accuse him or her of some made up sexual assault allegations?

Hopefully and prayerfully I consider this: It better not be turning into a copy-cat outing out there.

What has happened at Penn State University at the State College, PA campus is very serious where Jerry Sandusky is most likely right now to head to the local jail cell for the next few coming months as more men show up to tell their "tale" of abuse.

However, if this starts to spread in other colleges, where people are starting to do copy-cat work, then I'm concerned for many people. Every coach and assistant coach are putting their professional lives on the line every day as they are trying to train these kids in their 20s of the most wonderful sport that they enjoy to play in.

But yes, there are some bad assistants out there. Even head coaches do not deserve to be lumped into the fact unless proven other wise in court.

Nobody does not deserve to have their careers disrupted like this. This is serious. So let me say this: In a week's time, Jerry Sandusky will appear in court to hear his fate. But for what's happening in Syracuse, NY? Let's everyone take a breather and hope they prove this above and beyond a shadow of doubt in a court of law.

Post Turkey / Dark Friday day and NBA games?

By now, you've had your fill of Turkey and pumpkin pies and enjoyed loads of fun with your family. But for those single, I hope you had good friends that opened their homes to you and gave you a blessing.

Yesterday was Dark Friday and of course, the news reports of sales and arrests. It's troublesome of how things happen on such a day. Today's White Saturday #1 (The day after Christmas is White sale day #2). Maybe some of you will be shopping today for the next to the best deals that are left out there.

Meanwhile, I watched a good football game last night. LSU Tigers beat up Arkansas Razorback Hogs. I had a feeling that these hogs didn't have a chance of a prayer. The moment the Hogs went 14-0 and taunted the Tigers, that set LSU off pretty good. In the end it was a 43-17.

Even the Arkansas coach didn't like LSU either!!

Poor Georgia. They better watch their peach trees and be ready with peach pies to throw. After all, Georgia Bulldogs are the only thing right now that stands in the way of the Tigers of a National Championship.

Meanwhile, PSU is playing it's last game of the season today against the Wisconsin Badgers at 3:30pm on ABC-TV. Question of the day is: Can PSU win it's last game for the title? That's something that may not happen. You see, Wisconsin plans to use everything against PSU today, including the scandal. Expect a lot of penalties today on both sides. But in the end, Wisconsin will end PSU season and for the first time, staying home for the holidays since no bowls game, major or minor, wants the PSU team. Even if they are the best team around.
Call it discrimination, but that's what may happen. So check out the PSU/Wisconsin game today.

Hearing that the NBA season might happen by Christmas time, I hate to tell you one thing: It may not happen. When the players filed that lawsuit against the NBA and then tossed themselves into a get tough discussions to resolve the lock out problems, it may well be a hallow victory.

Unless the NBA players will call off the court judgements, it may well be too late. I would be thinking that even if the NBA deal is reached, the court battle could still go on and in the end spell a larger disaster that could prevent NBA and the players from ever having basketball ever again.

If the players are really serious on saving their season, they should put away the lawsuit and the lawyers and plead for the fans to return back to the seats and watch them play. But NBA fans are the ones that are already hurt and the NBA season is already done and gone.

That's not all: Players better apologize to all the owners of the teams as well. They're in for some bitter Christmas coals for this year from Santa Claus.

Thanksgiving 2011

If you are traveling out there for Thanksgiving, please be careful. A lot of people are taking AMTRAK more than the planes. Many others are hitting the roads out there.

If I was that poor truck driver, he had better plead for the police to toss him in jail because many people, who's cars got damaged, will want to tan his hide to the point of the color of tar. People are that angry.

So make sure your car is checked to be road worthy out there. Be sober and drive well rested.

Don't forget: Police are watching this holiday season! They're looking for people who speed, aggressive driving, texting on the phone, yapping on the phone, and drinking. Police will look for the smallest excuse to pull you over to check you out.

Make sure your license, insurance, and registrations are up to date. Keep your car clean of illegal things.

Teenager that killed gay classmate pleads GUILTY!

Finally, common sense and justice was gained when a teenager decided to plead GUILTY for killing his Gay classmate.

Some may see this as a plea deal that gives this young man to clean his soul and take responsibility for doing of what he's done: Killing a classmate that was a human being.

It doesn't bring back the dead man, but he will spend a long time in prison for his crime.
The nice thing is, he doesn't get any credit for time served.

Perhaps this will send a message to others out there: if you kill a gay student, you will be prosecuted. This fella decided NOT to take a chance after the first jury couldn't decide on his fate. He rather decided the entire matter of responsibility for himself. All bullies who kill gay people will eventually have their fate decided. Either by them or by a judge or by a jury. But the most honorable thing: deciding your own fate before the judge and jury do will be the right thing to do. All bullies will be given that chance. If they do not: then it's out of their hands forever.

All the political mess!

Political messes. That's bad.

Let's start with PSU. A few days ago, we were all informed that Former Coach Joe Paterno had a treatable form of LUNG CANCER. I sincerely want to wish Joe Paterno well, but he should step carefully and make sure he gets treated right. I know this from past experiences that doctors and lab techs do screw up on cancer identifications. If it turns out that Joe Paterno has an aggressive form of cancer, God help him. He does need our prayers. Also, PSU is still probing the scandal at the moment. And a few days ago, it was said that Mike McQueary never went to the police! Now that's puts a new twist on things.

Meanwhile, PSU Nittany Lions took a road trip number 2 last weekend and visited Ohio State University Buckeyes. Normally, we'd be wanting to beat OSU badly. But, if you saw the game, they gave us a good run for the money. OSU got beaten by PSU 20-14. That puts Temporary Head Coach Tom Bradley at 1-1. Also last weekend, Nebraska should have seen it coming. Karma puts it on them and the corn huskers paid dearly for beating PSU the previous weekend. Beating a team when they're down in trouble in the school was never an idea. I would say right now, the Nebraska coach should have taken his own advice and not played PSU when the scandal hit. That's when Karma pays attention hard.

Ride out into today, Monday. Did you look at CNN and the CNN.com lately? Hear about the Super Committee or "Super Congress" would solve all our financial Crisis in the nation? Many people had certain doubts that this "super committee/congress" would solve things and put our nation back on financial footings.
Unfortunately, it came down to one word this Monday...

FAILURE!

NBA dies and Paterno's Trophey erased!

Now I'm sad about the young and RICH NBA players. They have no idea about the state of Economics for the owners and the fans. They think all of the fans will still pay the high ticket prices to see them play. Unfortunately, the NBA and the owners know better than the players do.

So now, who's out of a job more? The NBA players. These young 20s and 30 year old men thinks by taking the NBA to court, they'll get a more better deal of a contract. But the only R-I-C-H person will be the lawyers who'll laugh all the way to the banks.

Personally, the National Basketball Association is officially dead! Would I want to watch them again? NOPE. These young men have finally killed it all. Congrats ball boys! High school and college players are all angry and after you! I hope they basketball you till you plead "TIME OUT"!! Only if you ever run back to the NBA and plead for MERCY. Good luck finding work, young boys. You won't be able to now.

It was every one's worst nightmare to come, legally. Yes, Jerry Sandusky should be sitting in his jail cell. But he had help from a judge who let him out, according to the news article:

What's the next step? I believe the DA of State College will make a legal move that will put the judge, who freed Sandusky, to recuse herself and then a NEW judge will have no choice but to raise higher bail and eventually, put Sandusky into jail. Just to protect Sandusky from the community.

As PSU enters the 2nd week that has dawned a new era on the campus, things are still unsettled. The campus is starting to pull together, but it will be a long while before all the legal fights are done.

Keep praying for the victims in this case.

For the Second Mile organization, they're in trouble as they have to remake their image or become a new organization. Most likely, like any organization that has trouble with one of their own members or founders, will close down and become a new organization. One that works better for everyone.

With the serious charges laid upon Jerry Sandusky, Penn State stand ruined in it's present state.

However, many people are thinking after reading this article:

Jerry Sandusky should be sitting in a jail cell. Yet, Sandusky is already out on bail and saying that he can prove his innocence. Mike McQueary, the lone witness to Jerry Sandusky's crime, is already out in hiding because of what he failed to do. Joe Paterno and other PSU officials have already lawyer up ahead of the criminal court proceedings that Jerry Sandusky will face December 7th.

However, Sandusky, McQueary, and Paterno ought to feel revulsion and shame as they watched the first of the 3 games go down into losses for PSU's team.

But when the final game is over in Wisconsin, it is many of the players that wil have to decide if they want to remain with the PSU football program or leave to go to a school that has better academic and football standards. PSU officials themselves now have to look at the decision if they'll keep football and rebuild it or decide to end it all.

This point, it's Jerry Sandusky. Jerry ought to use his "precious freedom" days few as possible to put his end of life together and then report right back to jail for his own protection.

Why should Jerry Sandusky be sitting in a jail cell? For starters, it's for his own protection and safety from the community people out there. ESPECIALLY from the alumni and present Football players. Another reason is that he could get a head start on his possible end of life in prison (We're talking about 630 years total here).

Whatever Jerry Sandusky decides to do, he better make it count because nothing that he can say improves his future chances.

Hearing Impaired people should be prepared!

G'day Everyone.

There is something that is most needed to be taught among Hearing Impaired people. It needs to be taught to the Hearing Impaired mainstream kids in the schools, at deaf schools, and at NTID/Gallaudet University.

The lesson is: Be prepared to lose your hearing in life.

The average hearing impaired kid/adult in life is usually fit with a hearing aid and able to function well in this life. Teach him/her sign language early enough and you got a foundation in place for communication back-up.

However, it shouldn't end there. There is a need to make sure the average deaf/hearing impaired kid/adult's home life have the following:
TTY and/or videophone (get Sorenson VP)
Upgrade the home with a flashing fire alarm, and flashing doorbell signal light.
Make sure the hearing impaired kid/adult has deaf friends and a support group that he/she knows that can count on for emotional stability.
Talk to your vocational rehabilitation and center for independent living to consider any other options as well.

Having the hearing impaired person prepared for the eventual full hearing loss in life (if it doesn't happen, it doesn't hurt to be prepared!), he/she knows that they are ready to accept into the changes in their lives of living as a deaf person.

When the sudden hearing loss happens, get to the doctor as soon as its possible. Request that the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor) sees you soon as possible to evaluate your ear. Chances are, the ENT may be able to reverse the loss. But when ENT docs are overwhelmed of what's happening out there, not every patient may be so lucky (at this point I'm not).

When my hearing changed last month from a deaf/hearing impaired person to a full deaf person, it has been a hard time for me. I actually do not have that much support locally. I don't have a deaf church ministry to lean on.

So why do I write this post? Because I want other hearing impaired people to be prepared in their lives. Once they lose their hearing, they have lost connection to the sounds of the world and their lives change to living as a deaf person.

It also changes the dynamics of the family life as well. My mom still has a hard time accepting that I'm fully deaf. But, I have personally begged her all the last 20 years of my life to learn sign language. She fully insisted that I *WON'T* become fully deaf ( that's because she relies on the advices that were given to my parents back in the 1960s/1970s. I've told her that is old and outdated already) in my life. I wish she had *knocked on wood and prayed that she was right because she wasn't!

So what happens now? I'm pretty much acting like a deaf person. We have gone the pen/paper route in communication. I'm on the list to see the ENT doctor, but don't think any thing can be done already. My local Vocational Rehabilitation is notified. I've yet to have a case reviewed. However, the changes in my hearing have already impacted upon my ability to look for work as well.

I haven't decided of what I will do down the road. One support group: Hearing Loss Association of America, has offered to help me, but the new local chapter is not fully grounded yet.

I plan on updating you of what happens in my life as I'm newly deaf now. The experience is not fun and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I have had to change the way I drive lately.

Whatever happens to you, my dear readers, is that I want you to be prepared in life. Once the sounds are gone, they're gone. What is left is remembering all the sounds you've heard. But those will also dissipate over time as well.

Whatever happens to you out there, make sure you got support you need. It'll come in handy.

Nebraska restuns dazed PSU football team.

NOT a G'day Everyone.

It had to happen. Every one of us PSU fans knew that Penn State Nittany Lions football team wasn't ready to play football. Even if you watched how the Nebraska Corn Huskers batted around the football with the PSU team, then watched in horror how they ran up 17 points, and then watched again how they let PSU catch up to 14 points as to have some "mercy" for the final PSU home game. It was a damn heart breaker AGAIN!

Penn State didn't need this. Neither their enemy: Nebraska. Nebraska knew what they were doing to put in the insult on the already dazed PSU community. As they were escorted out of state college, one has to hope that Football Gods will put some sort of a "scandal" upon Nebraska themselves.

As it was an end to football for the Paterno Era. Jay Paterno fully knows it was his last home game as well. With two more road games to go through and a post season play off spot barely there, Coach Tom Bradley knows he's got preparation to do to prepare the team for the road.

But know what? A good session of counseling is in order to see how the team's mental health is. Just to be sure everyone from the player, down to the assistant coaches, and down to the athletics support staff are ready for a road trip. Even when they're going to the rival Ohio State University down the road.

Ohio State University has been bouncing back from last year's scandal. For PSU, it's barely 8 days old. Ohio has a jump of preparation and mental health check-up already. They had a year's preparation and they'll use it to their advantage against PSU.

In conclusion: PSU could try to play OSU and see if they can win. Or at least play something to a close game point. When it comes to Wisconsin, that's when seniors ought to say good bye to any hope of play-offs because there's a good chance Wisconsin will want it more than PSU.

At this point: PSU needs to realize that they must be careful of letting these kids play the pig skin ball game. If they're not focusing on the game and getting seriously hurt (whatever or not on purpose) on the field, it may be time for Coach Bradley to say "towel out" and go home.

When it comes to Sunday, November 27th, that will be the day that the entire PSU coaching staff walks away from PSU. They may not like it, but PSU needs a clean slate and a chance for the new staff to come in and begin planning for the future of the Nittany Lions. Coach Bradley knows he's trying to guide the team at the moment, but he also knows he didn't want his job to be this way.

Perhaps these are the lessons being warned to ALL college football coaching staffs out there. Even down to the support staff. Do your job, treat your players right, and respect everyone. You only get one shot in this life to prove you can do your job.
Fail to toe the line, you can bet karma will bite you in the ass.

Jerry Sandusky should have wished he died sooner. Sadly, when he's convicted of it all, the promise of death in prison will be his final will.

Until then, PSU players: get some counseling. You need it to focus better on the game. You were a mess out there and that wasn't good enough at all.

Happy 11/11/11 day and Happy Veterans day!

G'day Everyone.

Nobody doesn't like what has happened in the last 6 days since things blew up at Penn State University. That is from last Saturday's arrest of Jerry Sandusky to the PSU rejection of Joe Paterno's resignation and firing as well as the firing of the PSU President as well.

At the center of it all, two men: Jerry Sandusky and the man who saw this "criminal" act: Mike McQueary. While it's interesting to say Jerry's arrested, two university officials resigned, a president and Head Football Coach fired, why hasn't PSU put Mike McQueary into a protective service and removed him from the campus for his own safety?

They didn't do that until the Death Threats against McQueary were announced.

Paterno has retained a criminal defense lawyer for his own protection.

Tom Bradley is trying to pull the team together in an effort to get things ready for the game. What's left of the PSU Football staff will have to work their butts off into this new era that just came too soon.

The question is: Did the PSU Board of Trustees react too fast, too soon? Or were they given some bad legal advice?

Whatever it is, we may not know as it will take into the future court battles.

But for Paterno, this wasn't the way to honor him and his 46 years of service. The PSU board of Trustees should have said that Paterno was let go as to legally protect him and honor him. Paterno has given much of his life to the PSU.

Tonight, the students are doing the right thing to honor the victims in this case through a candlelight vigil at this moment.

For Nebraska, they are going to have to be extremely careful on the field tomorrow. They should play an honest game without taunting. Sportsmanship and respect should be the tone of the day.

Expect security will be high around Penn State and State College area on Saturday. TV and National media will be there all day. So will ESPN.

Let's hope there's a good football game for the Last home game. These Seniors of PSU will have to have a chance to express their service and thoughts for Paterno as well.

If the Westboro Baptist Church shows up to protest in Beaver Stadium on Saturday, They better hope their life insurance is paid up as well as their eternal faith as well.

Moments last night after the announcement by the PSU BOTs that the President Spanier and Head Coach Joe Paterno would be FIRED effective immediately.

Friends of mine in State College area have observed and termed that it was a RIOT last night as a lot of angry students went on a protest against the BOTs.

So what is next at PSU? At the present: Temporary Coach Tom Bradley takes over for the PSU team. One of the first things he *MUST* do? End the QB debate and pull the team together. Get new plays up and get stronger despite the emotional drain over the last 5 days. He doesn't have much time and doesn't have a whole lot of preparation time.
But Bradley *MUST* walk the sidelines with a purpose now. PSU could already be ending their season in the last 3 games and losing Joe Paterno.

Who's at fault? Jerry Sandusky and the victims that Sandusky created out there. I'm sure that the victims wouldn't want Paterno out of a job, but by the time it gets to the courts, it may be way too late for the court to reinstate Paterno back to his position. Compensation may be in that order there.

But, Sandusky will pay for his crimes and most likely die in prison. Already his picture has been painted out of State Collage. Most likely Paterno will be painted out as well.

Thanks, Sandusky, it would have been better if you stayed in that jail cell. Your lawyer should have told you to stay in the cell, not only for your own safety, but time served as well.

Finally, at the behest of much prompting, the PSU Board of Trustees have finally begun to investigate the sex abuse claims with a SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

Unfortunately, It should have started that 2 days ago when the news of the arrest began.

Poor Joe Paterno is now in the center of the fire storm where the people of PA (and beyond) have divided into two camps: Resign or keeping Paterno.

Unfortunately, the PSU Board of Trustees(BOTs) may not have a real choice in the whole matter despite what the people say. Even if Scott Paterno says that Joe Paterno may not retire, the retirement for Joe Paterno may have to happen.

Let's face it: we all have hoped and pleaded for Paterno to listen to the voice of his critics and step down before this college football season began. Some of our biggest fears have come to life: Not only we were afraid of Paterno dying on the field, but the possiblity of a scandal could happen. Well, it's happened!

With Paterno in the center of the fire storm MORE than Jerry Sandusky, there's not much hope that the PSU BOTs and supporters to save Paterno.

As I said previous post of this topic, with 3 games and one possible play-off, Paterno's Football career is in it's sunset song. More importantly, how will the entire team respond to all of this? What are the future effects on PSU as a whole?

We'll know soon enough when court battles for Jerry Sandusky begins.

Ohio Unions pressure voters, Win BIG.

Unions in Ohio took their cues from the Wisconsin Union mess there and turned the people of Ohio against their state Government to WIN BIG.

What happens in a year's time when the Unions in Ohio finally bankrupt the Ohio State Government? Will the Unions try to blame it all on poor economics or will they say: "Oh thanks for employing us, we're leaving for the better states".

When the next disaster, even financial disaster hits Ohio State, you can bet the unions will flee fast as they can and the people will learn that the measure on the ballot had doomed their state from the start.

At the moment in Wisconsin, an effort to recall their Governor is about to get on the move.

And as of today: The 2012 Presidential Election season has begun. But one thing to note: Herman Cain could well be out of the Presidential race unless a court rules in his favor in time to save his position. (In my opinion, he has no real chance now).

Joe Paterno: Possible gone for good!

This one hit on the web today. It could be in 3 weeks (and one maybe football play-off), Head Coach Joe Paterno might fully be gone from PSU for good.

In manyof the years, everyone has begged Joe Paterno to step down before something awful happened at PSU.

Then last Saturday, November 5th, the sex scandal bomb shell hit the news across the nation of what happened at PSU.

Joe Paterno may not be the one in trouble here, but Jerry Sandusky is. HOWEVER, Joe stayed on in the years that followed to build up a legacy of a life time of more wins than losses and having a firm grip in history.

BUT

Paterno's Legacy could get wiped out completely if Jerry Sandusky implicates him or if the court calls Paterno in for a testimony.

Whatever it is, this is a pain and obvious time for Joe Paterno. May be Joe Paterno had hoped that God would call him home already long before this came up. Obviously no. God didn't call.

Which means, Paterno and his staff better focus on 4 big games: Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin, and if they win the 3 games.. one final play-off game for Paterno.

This is NOT the way anyone would have imagine Paterno to leave. But his legacy is written. His time has come. And his days on the field are only counted by every second of practice and game clocks.

When the final whistle or game horn sounds, Paterno's staff will have to have their resumes ready, polished, and lawyers standing by to assist them.

PSU themselves will have to prepare for a Public Relations nightmare (which is already here) as well as to hire NEW football staff to rebuild the entire PSU football team.

PSU's football may have to rebuild in 2012. But as PSU starts over FRESH. And maybe some YOUNG coach won't have any problem of going more than 50 years (if God lets him live that long). And maybe this YOUNG coach won't have any problems of being fired up to live so long to beat out every coach's winning games (Paterno out-lasted every other coach in the NCAA in years).

But the point is: PSU's football program improves and grows into a stronger team into the future.

Presently, this season is still here. The situation is still unfolding. So we'll stay an watch until the football game concludes soon.

Emergency Responders and Hospitals should KNOW the ADA law.

G'day Everyone.

Most of you are UNAWARE that yours truly, Sherlock Steve, was involved in an auto accident yesterday afternoon. My friend was driving and I was riding in his car (passenger seat) and we were at a local mall in the area. We had the right of way on the mall road. Suddenly, roar right out of a parking lot to our ride was this HUGE custom made pick up truck with a HUGE custom made bumper.

I tried to yell a warning in time, but I wasn't able to. My friend tried to pull the car out of the way. no SUCH LUCK! *WHAM!* The entire right front of the car was CRUSHED. My door was trapped. My friend was helped out of the car. I wasn't so lucky. I was dizzy from shock and confusion.

Add in that I can't hear any more either!

The first responders had no clue how to help my handicapped friend or myself. And first responders had no idea what importantly means to educate the public of the sense of using pen/paper to communicate with the deaf.

More importantly, when the fire and ambulance arrived, they also failed in communication as well. Pen and paper should be the key when they deal with a deaf person.

At a Sunbury Community Hospital, I did try to ask for a Sign Language interpreter. I was "sweetly" told that they didn't have an interpreter on call there. Again, I had to force them to go pen and paper route. I felt very insulted and very much offended.

Especially when we, the deaf community, live in the world of the ADA law. So, does it really matter to have a sign language interpreter at the hospital? Do fire departments and ambulances need to understand communication with the deaf? YES. Not all of us understand speech reading. Not all of us are perfect in speech reading. Especially when we see some one new that we haven't meet before.

Time is important, even if it's not an emergency situation, but even non-emergencies can become emergencies right there an then.
Communication in sign language is faster than writing on pen/paper.

So basically, I'm going to be following up with local deaf organizations and get the deaf community involved. We need to show first responders of what to do with the deaf people. Not just pretend we're hard of hearing and still hear. we have to show why it's important of communication. Even finger spelling helps too.

Sign language can save a life...a deaf person's life.

Let's get the word out of how important the ADA law is to all: First responders and Hospitals.

The "NEW" Catholic Church mass?

For months on end previously, the Roman Catholic Community was warned that "changes" were coming to the mass as the church seeks to return to the latin roots that was left so long ago.

I've seen the changes. I've spoke with a few people. Believe me, they are NOT happy. From what I've been told, the vatican has messed with the mass that is NOT broken. But they wanted to go back to the near latin mass that makes it to return to the old style of saying the mass.

Does it make sense? NO.

As priests have warned the church, tweaking something that isn't broke, isn't going to be worth the effort to do it.

So the question comes after Thanksgiving: How many will remain in the Catholic church and how many will pratically refuse to accept the changes? That depends on your local priest if he feels he must defy the elders of Rome (not to mention the Pope) in favor of saying the mass in it's current present form that people can relate to. Which adds up to this: How many people will really stay with the Catholic church?

That's a question in which some people are really going to be asking about their faith. As the day of November 27th comes, it will be an interesting reaction then.

But for now, the Pope had better pray hard to hold on to his church. Even in the USA as well.

Right now, the Penn State University Football world got rocked Saturday. Long before the match up between Alabama vs L.S. U. that night. So hold that thought about bama/L.S.U.

Everyone in PA is shocked by what's happened there. This could not have happened at a time when Penn State is on a BYE (no football game) weekend. It's also a question WHY the police waited till just this weekend and when it was just before the big Saturday night game on TV.

The whole PSU organization is reeling and of course, so is Joe Paterno. Could it be the coming end of the next 3 weekends that PSU will not have the heart to play the game? They could go 3 and out in 3 weeks and miss post season game.

But we really don't know. More than likely, Paterno may have to make a difficult choice of his career already. It may finally dawn on him that it's time to step down and let someone else make all the changes to his team. Not even Jay Paterno could lead this PSU Football team for any reason as well.

As the scandal rocks Happy Valley, it is clear the other teams are going to be seeking easy wins right now. But if there's any heart left in Linebacker University of PSU, they( the football team) will dig down into themselves and prove their best to defend Paterno and the PSU.

As it goes to say, the PSU scandal barely impacted the L.S.U. (#1) vs Alabama (then #2) game on Saturday night. It was a battle of the titans in Alabama Stadium. Alabama thought they could drool and grab the #1 spot in the BCS poll. But they never realized how tough L.S.U. was able to be!

L.S.U. fought with heart, courage, strength, honor, and loyalty. Alabama fought with everything in their trick books. But everything got attacked, nullified, and stiffed. Finally in overtime, they knew after the last touch of the football, they sensed that the defense was going to be hit badly.

L.S.U. drove close to the goal line and had one touchdown nullified(even though it was pretty much argued that it was a touch down despite stepping out of bounds). But they couldn't prevent the kick (even Nick Saban tried to ice the kicker) that sealed their doom and send Alabama back down just a tad of the BCS rankings.

Presently PSU is at #12. LSU is #1 (still!!) and Alabama is now #4.

Of the last game of the year will be the Wisconsin Badgers (we still won't forget how Wisconsin beat PSU badly!).

PSU faces a tough time. Keep in prayer for them.

Farewell Andy Rooney!

Andy Rooney did what he set out to do in his life: Working until he passed away. Andy did make some mistakes in his life, but he was forgiven. He learned from them and kept on working.

Andy never pulled much punches. He did the news exactly as he intended to. Andy must have sensed things coming to an end for himself and tucked away his days completely.

Let the news give Andy's family some peace and a chance to grieve.

Thank you, Andy Rooney. We will not be the same in the news without you.

A petition was brought The Washington Metro Area Transportation Authority (WMATA) in an effort to keep Gallaudet University as a station listing near the NY Ave area.

Losing my hearing and changes my pace.

G'day Everyone.

It's the 1000th post and some how, it's seems right to speak about deafness and how much it can impact some one's life and in the lives of others.

My life is slowly changing in ways that I have not expected. When I went down to DC for the Gallaudet Homecoming weekend on Oct 2oth, I never realized my hearing started to change. That night, I had gone to a noisy bowling alley in which I meet my deaf friend and members of the local deaf community. After that, I found out I couldn't hear well. I thought my hearing aid was acting up. But things grew worse, especially after a noisy football game.

When I came home, I was driving home differently. I wasn't in tune with my car. I was driving by feeling, not hearing. It was the worst thing I ever knew.
I went straight to the audiologists office where I asked her to please make a new ear mold and send my current hearing back to the factory. But know what? Even a loaner didn't make things any better.

I know my hearing is already bad.

For most of my life I'm hearing impaired in my right ear, deaf in my left ear. My mom is an elderly woman that is stuck in the 1960-1970's audiologists advice to treat me without sign language and make me feel like a hearing person depending on my hearing aid and speech reading.

Unfortunately, that "advice" from those 40-30 years ago doesn't include of what happens when the later adult child's hearing impairment changes to deafness.

You see, audiologists expects parents to pass away in their 50s and 60 years of age. No such luck when it comes to my stubborn mom and her non-changing ways. So my mom treats me just as she's always done.
But would she learn Sign Language? NO SUCH LUCK! She's been anti-deaf since I've went to NTID, Gallaudet University, and been a very bad deaf baptist ministry that was a cult.

At this point, I know I can't hear well at all. My ear mold arrives any day now. I can't use the phone any more as I once loved. I appreciate my videophone much more now. My cell phone? I use it to text with it all the more. (my mom is a non cell phone text person).

Some one asked me if I would get a Cochlear Implant now. I gave that person a look that said "Does it look like I got the money and health insurance to pay for it? (I really don't)".

What's more, I am an anti- CI person. If someone forced the CI on me, I would act BORG like every day with it till it was removed. "You will be ASSIMILATED!" would be my favorite phrase and people would get sick with me real fast with that talk. (laughing).

But seriously to say this: I always knew that some where down the road in my life, I could become more deaf. I was expecting this for later in my life if I was in my late 60s or 70s. Unfortunately, it's early.

I have spent the last few days in a quiet church and thanking God for many things in my life. I have thanked God that I know sign language. Nobody didn't teach me sign language so I learned it myself. I may not be the best in ASL, but heck I do communicate well. I have thanked God for giving me deaf friends. Even good friends that have been around in my life and stayed in touch with me by mail, email, IM, and facebook. (how communication evolves in life!).
What I have wished is for more hearing friends to be appreciate me in my life, but they don't. It's perhaps they don't want to know a deaf person any more than a normal hearing person. (thanks, Fairport/BOCES!).

The saddest thing is? I wished someone loved me, supported me, and being beside me when I needed most. (no, my mom doesn't count. sorry). That's where my former deaf ministry has paid for their mistakes in life and they know it.

Right now, my life changes more. I'm living like a deaf person full time. I leave my hearing aid off my ear because it hurts. I'm paying more attention to the road like never before and I don't listen to music anymore.
Closed Captioning on TV is more important now. I appreciate the newspaper so much more, but there is a day coming when newspapers will be phased out in favor of the news on the websites. (so much for saving the trees).

I act more deaf when I ask for pen and paper at service counters in stores. They still get surprised that I speak well. Yet, speaking well is a disadvantage for me as opposed to the total communication I used to be.

So, how does this impact on my job search and possible employment? very heavy now. Even when I can't use the phone any more and employers eschew the videophones. They'd choose a hearing person over a deaf guy if they could get away with it (and most do every day despite the ADA law).

Even if I run to the doctor and they find out what caused my hearing loss more, it would be too late. All the health insurances and money in the world won't fix things.

As I said, I have appreciated God for giving me the hearing I had before. It could be worse. I could end up like Job (bible figure). But in any case, I appreciate of what I have now. Though family and hearing friends (the few I have) will have to adjust to communication issues. Trying to encourage them to use sign language is the next best thing. I've been trying to advocate to them to learn it before things go bad for me. Better late than never.

So what if I regain my hearing impairment back to normal, if the hearing loss is temporary? PRAY that it is temporary. But if it's permanent, as I believe it may well be, then that's how life happens.

Medical science can't fix every original part of the human body. Once something wears out, it wears out as God directed to wear out. No matter how much people try to tell me of how good the CI is, it is NOT worth the pain and trouble with it.

As I look up at God more, I know one thing: When I die, I will hear wonderfully. That's the next best thing.

Appreciate your life here on earth. Appreciate your deaf friends who are your support system (if you got one). If you have a partner, lover, or spouse, thank him/her for being their to help you when you need it.
Above all, I hope your family will understand and try to adapt to changes in your life, just like mine.

Lastly, audiologists ought to be careful of what they say to parents who nearly outlive their grown children in life. YES, kids who are hearing impaired in their young life DO HAVE A CHANCE to become completely deaf in their life. Even for those who are adults too.

Please parents, don't even think of trying to BORG (suggesting the CI) your adult child either. Sign Language is the better option. WHY? Cost effective and a life time of a second language of communication. :-)

One Week to the day after elections..

It's 6 days to go to the Fall 2011 Election day, but one week to the DAY AFTER 2011 elections which officially begins the 2012 Election season.

The coming 2011 election will be a test for President Obama and his democrats if they can hold on to the precious power in both Federal and State offices. But given to how things have been over the last few months, they may have thrown themselves into the political fire pit for sure.

Meanwhile, Herman Cain is in trouble. * BIG TROUBLE little Cain* type of story.

One problem for Cain's accuser: she'll be in the national spotlight. Just the same as the person who decided to leak the entire story to sabotage Herman Cain.

When this story broke, I asked myself a few questions: When the person leaked the story on this troublesome past of Herman Cain, was it for revenge? Political fodder? or simple to say that he/she wanted to work with Cain if he won the whole election but got turned down so he/she leaked out the story to stop Cain.

Whatever the decision that the person did to hurt Cain brought out more than he/she wanted to happen. Cain's political future is already in trouble and it he may pay a big political price. Especially if the accuser gets the go-ahead to air her story.

No matter what happens, Cain is done and gone from our standpoint. Especially since Halloween was just here, it does say that Cain does have Political BONES in his closet.

May the next 2012 Presidential Candidate prove better now. I won't throw any Political support for any candidate for President until after the Spring 2012 elections.

For now, let's get through the Fall 2011 stuff.

Another court case winds through the legal system that has things like Terry Schiavo's case previously.

While this battle is going on, it's going to come down to a judge's decision that will haunt everyone involved. But ultimately, the person that suffers the most is the person that says that doesn't want to live with life support.

How can this be fixed?

While you live and have your mental functions, pull up your medical files and get your family together.
Make your last will and testament completely. Assign the person the power to make medical decisions when you cant. This includes your decision to die if you are beyond saving through medical means or declared that you would suffer too much to try to live.

Every day there are thousands of people who get involved in serious life threatening situations that changes the lives of MANY PEOPLE. People will fight to make the decision for the person who's life hangs in balance.
But each day that passes, the person that suffers in bed is the one in obvious pain and trying to say that he/she wants to let go and be with God or face the judgement seat (if you are not saved).

Let's face it: It's no fun. Let's make things simple. Get all your legal documents together. Get everything signed. Prepare for dying in life. Nobody should have to tell you this.

Some say wait till you are in your 40s or 50s or 60s. I say NO.. don't wait. When you are declared an adult, that is when you should prepare for anything to happen to your life.

Me, I'm prepared. How about you?

Get it done. Then you won't have to suffer in pain in bed and can die naturally.

In 2012: 01/02/12 , 02/01/12, 10/11/12 , 12/12/12 and 12/21/12.

If we're here beyond the mayan calender fiasco in 2022: 02/02/22 and 02/22/22.

Some calender numbers are unique in human history as they always will be.

Whatever the date is for you personally, just be aware of it.

St. Louis Cardinals, champs? NOT!

G'day Everyone.

Last night, a local bar in my area exploded in rage, debate, and serious fights. What happened was something that should NOT have been expected.

The St. Louis Cardinals became World Series Baseball champs after surviving the gun bat blasts of the Texas rangers after they pecked back to force game 7.

But that's not why the bar exploded. The patrons felt like the Texas Rangers, tired as they were in game 6 as it was late innings, were tired again last night as St. Louis took advantage of them Texas. They (St. Louis) were handed the games 6 and 7. The other reason why the bar exploded was that St. Louis had too much of a home field advantage in the final game. They felt that it should have gone back to Texas and played there.

Others feel the final baseball game of the World Series should have been played at a NEUTRAL site some where.

Whatever it discussed, it was bad. Shouts, curses, fights, and mayhem happened.

Should St. Louis be declared the winner of the baseball game or was it just an Halloween fluke of October's baseball season? Whatever it is, The St. Louis Cardinals will have trouble of trying to prove themselves next year that they legally earned the Title. Even if they fail in their first 25 games to make and retain 1st place, they'll be dismissed as lesser World Champs and lose respect.

NO, the Cardinals will not be respected in any case. As much as it may be, they had better wish they hadn't won. Painting themselves as a target of every other team in the MLB as the team to beat, they had better wish they handed The Texas Rangers the crown instead.

Worse yet, Texas Rangers just might formally ask Former President Bush NOT to attend any World Series games in their Stadium next time (or any other President for that matter). Ex-president Bush's presence at the Texas stadium really threw The Rangers off their game plan as security was too tight for the teams.

MLB World Series in October 2011 will go down as the least watched game of all time. So how will MLB recoup to win back the fans next season in 2012? Hopefully by making changes to the rules in 2012 and playing all the World Series games at a neutral baseball site. Just like the Super Bowl does that.

While the cardinals are NOT respect, I will consider Texas the TRUE champions. They're the ones who did their best. Long live Texas Rangers!

Right now, I'm late on this post, but I was away on vacation last weekend (just in case it was the end of the world).

The in-famous PROPHET preacher, Harold Camping of Family Radio, has been PROVEN WRONG AGAIN!

Many people are so angry at him that Family Radio isn't offering any comments or apologies.

Then again, Family Radio ought to take some STRONGER legal advice: FIRE Harold Camping before they go really flat broke and get a new preacher for their ministry.

In sense, Family radio is already doomed to the end of it's ministry caused by Harold Camping. They could face many issues from their own Christian listeners out there.

But one important thing ought to be shared with everyone: THE END OF THE WORLD IS ON GOD'S TIME, not on mankind's time.

This is NOT fun at all. It comes down to legal issues that will involve more court fights and eventually, some one's going to owe money to the winner! (hint, it's not the cities if the ticket gets dismissed, but it's more of the lawyers!)

This is one of the signs of the economic downturn in which cities are hurting people who have moved away long ago and telling them to come back "home" and pay for parking tickets they owe in which they ignored of.

One of the worst things are kids. They're the ones who steal parking tickets for fun and not realize that they're committing ID theft and really making trouble, not only for the car owner and for the city, but for themselves as well.

I hope you don't any old parking ticket or moving violations, but when you get a ticket or moving violation, pay it or fight it as soon as possible.

Gadhafi's Horrible death.

G'day Everyone.

When an evil leader is finally captured, he must have felt pure terror and may have shit/pissed in his pants when he knows he is about to get the ultimate punishment that he's handed out here on earth.

Some people say that Gadhafi should have been put on a plane and blown up by a bomb so that he could feel of what it was like for his victims that he done. Other says that village justice by real people where done at the moment he was shot in the chest and after lingering some time in mortal pain, shot again in the head to complete his dying passage from the world into eternal death.

What will the evil man find beyond death? Pain, suffering, fire, beatings (if any) by his victims, and more death.

Gadhafi was a man that handed out pain and suffering in his 40 years of power. But to hear of his painful end of his life, one can only imagine his pleas would fail and that he would suffer punishment by his people before the world could punish him further. Unfortunately, Gadhafi should have felt fortunate that his own people killed him rather than the world.

When I looked at the videos (sorry it's not posted here), Gadhafi was in a very bad shape. It was kind of stunning to see his violent end happen. Some say it should not have happened. But when a nation, like Libya, is hurting so much they would do the only thing they set out to do: Kill Gadhafi so that the nation can begin to heal.

If Gadhafi is buried in a poor man's grave, then that is his end.

For Libya, they now must travel a road to reorganize their nation and make things better. It will not be easy. But, they will accomplish great things. The World will be there to help them.

If there was a reason to celebrate this weekend, it is in Libya where the most hated and brutal dictator: Moammar Gadhafi, is finally dead!

If all the news reports are true and this evil man has finally gone to hell (which he justly deserves to be), then Libya's 42 years of pain and fear are coming to an end. True freedom is coming to them, but their future is complicated as well.

All that's left in this world is the Iran leadership. Those people deserve freedom as well. But, would it happen? Who knows? At this point, the Arab world is taking notice that their people are changing and evil men are falling from power.

As Gadhafi has entered hell, let him be greeted by many people he's killed where he can be beaten up for a long while before his appointment of appearance at the Throne of King Jesus. Gahafi's final destination for eternity: Lake of Fire.

Let us all wish Libya for successful transition to a better government and life and to welcome them back to the world as a real nation that they so rightfully belong.

The coming weekend

G'day everyone.

Well, it's mid-terms at Gallaudet University. It's the high point of the Fall semester and fully knowing that students will be busy so much more AFTER home coming weekend that happens this week. Most of the events happen this Thursday and continues up till Sunday.

So how excited are alumni and students? Big time. It should be a wonderful Fall weather out there. Do keep your jacket close by because you may need it. The Bisons are in a good season mode and they're playing the best that they can do.

At the same time, Sunday will be the last Maryland Renfest. It should be a grand send off to a very good season they had.

As we pass though the middle of October 2011, we are about to come upon Halloween that should soon be here. Parents ought to be prepared this year and be ready to inspect all candy their children get.

I'm still thinking of which news to post and comment on lately. But if I don't post any, just have a great weekend!

MLK's legacy? NOT!

If there was a man screaming in eternity at the living beings on earth, it would be Martin Luther King, Jr.

I am sure that MLK would swear so hard and do everything in his legal life (if he had one) to stop such a memorial that has given him GOD-like status to the masses. But the man is dead and spending eternity, whatever it be heaven or hell. MLK is awaiting the final judgement from God and he will realize that what he has done has made his worst dreams come to life, being remembered as an icon and as a God like status he has achieved. NO doubt that was never his intentions or his wildest dreams.

There is no doubt that he is pleading with God to come back to life and stop this awful legacy from happening. But we all know that God never grants a 2nd life to anyone from eternity.

What would have happened if he was never shot? He would have lived to oppose such an honor upon his life.

MLK is now a permanent legacy upon this earth in the land of Washington DC. But in eternity, God is displeased. If an earthquake strikes Washington, DC again so hard, we will know God is doing it for MLK and to remind earth that God should be honored more, NOT MLK.

For MLK, yours is a memory best forgotten and deserved to be rested. Pray for your people, MLK, because worse days are coming upon the earth!

Now, Harold Camping predicts that October 21, 2011 will be the end of the world!
Yes, folks. The "so called Prophet" has predicted that next Friday, Oct 21, 2011 is the end of the World day.
Problem is, he won't admit the truth that this so called man of God prophet is wrong, won't view his sudden stroke that he overcome is God's own warning on him, and decrees that the end of days is still to come.

What happens if Oct 21, 2011 comes and goes and NOTHING serious happens. Even if it is a whimper (quiet)?

To be honest, I then believe God has a ROCK prepared to STRIKE at Harold Camping and ready to take him out of this life. If God does have a rock to strike at Harold Camping and God kills him, we'll all cry for him but we'll just laugh louder and say " he was a WOLF crier!". He should not be given any respect at all.

At this point, God does have judgement scheduled on this world. But he won't announce it through Harold Camping, or any other nut-cracked prophet, or preacher, or priest. God wouldn't even use me, the infamous Sherlock Steve. God's judgement will hit according to His will and His time. Not OUR time. So when it happens, it happens under God's timing.

Until then, Harold should quit family radio and quit damn Christians and lost people to hell. He ought to quit right now before God's Rock strikes him right where he has had a stroke. Any thing is possible with God.

Until then, Party on Wayne and Garth! The world will still be here. Even after Oct 21!

The longer our economic mess continues here in USA and the longer employers trying to pick up the young and employable people MORE than the qualified people, it could spark into the worst and massive lawsuits here in USA that will have an impact in every economic sector in USA. It's not just the long term unemployed not being employed, but the physical disabled people too.

So what happens when companies get hit with a legal lawsuit? Not only they'll change to conform with the court, but raise their prices to pay for the costs of defending themselves.

I hate to say it too: companies are turning to more local employment agencies and colleges to try to give internships/co-ops to students needing work experiences in order to gain more employment.

When President Obama's job bill came up in Congress, it got struck down because of tax increases in it. (nice going, Republicans!) But the question is: When will our government solve the problem of putting millions of unemployed people to work quickly as possible? The longer millions of people are out of work, there won't be any taxes being paid and it become clear that 2012 could bring us a WORSE economic recession to come.

Let's hope Obama and Congress can compromise before it's too late for all of us.

Cop Killer in Philly gets life sentence/ Comment warning

There is unrest in the city of Brotherly Love. That Brotherly Love could be broken now. What do I mean by that? Look no further than the City of Philadelphia, PA.

The High Court Decision

In the last few months, Mumia Abu-Jamal has successfully fought and gained a new sentencing date in which he could be automatically sentenced to life in prison WITHOUT parole. If Mumia is given that sentence of life in prison without ever being free, it will mean that he is guilty as hell and has hope that he'll live many more years in his hard life in prison before finally meeting the final justice at the hands of King Jesus.

If and when Mumia really dies (whatever at the hands of another prisoner, or by the state, or by natural death), Mumia will be wishing he died a lot sooner rather than fighting his whole legal life and becoming infamous.

What Mumia has really done is to strain race relations among a lot of people. So would the word "LOVE" in Philadelphia crack in two at the moment of Mumia's sentence? It could happen.

But let's hope for one thing: If Mumia gets his life sentence he so desires of, the state could have the final say of where to send him to be in prison. Hopefully, the roughest and darkest prison where he will never see the light of day ever again. That will be the end of his days and he will wish death come faster. But the term of locking him and throwing away the key will be his deal that he so wants.

Mumia shall NEVER be free, ever!

Wall Street Protests.. Are we headed for trouble?

G'day everyone.

Occupy this city. Occupy that city. Protest city here and protest city there. Rallies, meetings, and the general grumble of discontent list goes on.

The bigger question is: Are we headed for social trouble or social revolution? Wall Street, which has been the financial bane of our mainstream of economics, is now becoming a social concern to all of us.

There have been protests and arrests. It's starting to get MORE organized. It's a concern because here in the USA, the elections are less than a few weeks away. That is: November 8th, 2011. That will be the day the voters across the USA will go to their state's election centers and cast their ballots again. Even though congress is NOT up for grabs, but there are some people who could end up losing seats and the possible power of congress could change.

In other words: Obama had better take a close look of the results on the day after because it will shape his final year of being President of USA. Chances of President Obama to gain a 2nd term are very slim at this point.

November 9th will be the start of the "Open Season" of the 2012 Presidential Elections. Will there be any good candidates? To be honest, the democrats should consider to replace Obama with someone who's willing to work for the country, not for himself or his socialist party.

Returning to the point of the post, just how much more concern should we be of the Wall Street protests? Let's hope that our country is NOT going to have a financial meltdown. All that we learned this summer of congress, our country is still not financially stable. But if our country does meltdown economically, then those who profited from this mess had better flee for their lives along with their wealth!
Those who are out of work and seeking employment would battle to take over their job and do everything they can to put the millions of people back to work.

But God help this nation now. Because we need God more than ever.

First Friday in October 2011

G'day Everyone.

It's finally Fall 2011. How do you know? If you look for the "V" formations of the geese and ducks, you'll know they're heading south fast as they can go in their bi-annual migrations. They're heading back to the warm regions of USA. I do not blame them.

Seeing them ( the geese and ducks in flight formations) brings a joy to my heart and knowing that it's Friday, October 7th, 2011. It's a first Friday as well.

The October weather is here and many of the leaves are beginning to peak already. So if you are out in the country, get a chance to get out there and look about the trees. This is the best time before they are all fallen and done for the year.

October time is also when the Baseball season is heating up and of course, anger among people happens. We all expected our beloved Bronx Bombers: The Yankees, to get up and beyond into the Baseball World series. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen.
Last night was a SHOCKER. The Detroit Tigers (*SPAT* kitties is what they are) defeated the NY Yankees. The Detroit team was quickly hustled into security and escorted out of NY when many people didn't like what happened. The Detroit never thought they'd knock off the Yankees out of post season play offs, but they did it.
For the next few days, the Detroit Tigers will have to be careful while the nation gets over the loss of our beloved Yankees. Besides, Yankees have too many World Champion rings and banners. The Yankees will, no doubt, make it a motivation next season: * BEAT THOSE KITTIES!*
Now Detroit faces the Texas Rangers. Will the new kitties win this one? I predict Rangers in 4 games and sending the kitties home for the winter.

Two other game fives tonight: Arizona diamondbacks vs Milwaukee Brewers. Tough call.. But I predict Brewers to win.

Then the better season game tonight: St.Louis Cardinals vs. Philadelphia Phillies. The Cardinals better watch out. Pushing the Phillies back to the wall could make the Phillies very dangerous tonight. Get ready for Phillies to break out their best. With the Yankees gone, Blood is in the Baseball water. Just thank the Detroit Tigers (ahh: KITTIES). The Phillies will sense the season is all theirs now.

First Friday has many events going on. Basically, we're all trying to cope with the passing of Steve Jobs. It's hard to believe the man is gone, but we will live on and honor his memory.

Depending on where you live in the nation and among your deaf community, I hope there will be some good First Friday events for you as well. Enjoy the weekend! Don't forget to kick a big pile of leaves to hope it will be a gentle winter!

Steve Jobs: Apple Company founder, Dies at 56

Update #2: The expected funeral of Steve Jobs, which everyone wanted to see and hear, is already completed. According to the latest news report:

While we all will not hear what's been said about Steve Jobs or his passing at the funeral, but let us respect his family and his passing. We know everyone is in pain of it all. God bless the Jobs family.

Sad news.

If you own an apple computer or any apple related product, hug it tight.
The founder and maker of all Apple Computer Products, Steve Jobs, has died at the age of 56.

Steve Jobs' death

The technology world is reeling on the fact that everyone has known that Steve Jobs has created a legacy of a life time of many different apple related products.

It is sad to know that this man is a very brilliant person.

When I was a young teenager, the high school wouldn't let me in the computer room and learn on the IBM computer. But when I went to a library in my home town of Fairport, NY (see previous post), that's where I saw the apple ][c and played the games on it. One day I got curious of it and put in a program UPSIDE down. The result was an upside down game. That got my interest in computers and started a career.
The library staff thought I broke the computer until I explained in simple terms of what I did. After that, I was given exclusive access to the Apple computer whenever I visited the library.

For awhile, IT industry had a major hold on colleges with their computer products. But it wasn't until the mid-80s into the early 1990s that I saw colleges switch over to the IBM. Most of them have now gone to the DELL products.

Steve Jobs knew he had to save his company and he did. He developed the Iphones and then the Ipads.

But in the closing days of his life, Steve J sensed the very end was coming upon his life and prepared very well. Especially stepping down in August of this year.

Who knew that he would be gone as of today?

Right now, Apple Company is at a point where it must survive on with new leaders and being prepared to lead the Technology industry as it should. But you know there are sharks in the water (like Dell, HP, Compaq, and IBM) that would love to take over and gobble up Apple so that it is no more.

Apple must hold strong and be firm and lead well beyond Steve Jobs.

Let us hope they will. I may not be able to use an Iphone, but I definitely plan to buy an Ipad one day.

Thank you, Steve Jobs. You left a great legacy that will forever be remembered for who you are.

Thinking about Fairport, NY

G'day Everyone!

Right now, there's an impending change coming in my life these days. It's something that has been expected to happen for a long time. It finally may happen. BUT, it doesn't bring me any closer to my beloved home town of Fairport, NY.

Fairport, NY is a hometown where I grew up most of my life. Yes I lived most of my life in Williamsport, PA, but Fairport holds my most precious youth days of my life. I lived, bicycle rode, camped, walked my dogs, and literally walked ALL OVER the town of Fairport, NY.

There is no other place on earth like this unique town. I've missed this place very much. I realized after 1987, there would be no going back there after I moved out of my parents home and into my first apartment with roommates (Greece, NY). When I left Rochester, NY in 1995, I never realized that a fruitless battle of looking for work would never bring me back to the Rochester area, nor to Fairport, NY.

It has finally hit me that a possible job in another state in the southern USA will finally become my new home, job, eventually new friends (deaf and hearing), and eventually my retirement and the end of my life.

I am very much in excitement, scared shit-less, full of expectations, and many dreams of what I could accomplish in the near future.

Today, I wanted to share with my readers about my hometown of Fairport, NY. But it's mostly the canal pictures I wanted everyone to see.

In the next few weeks, if the job offer comes through, I could be wrapping up my life and memories in the preparations to move. It will come with a price to pay for myself.
I realize it's the start of a new adventure in life. May be one that is better than what happened in 2007 (The DC misadventures).

Right now I smile about many things. I think my final move in my life will be worth it.

Thanks to many of my past friends in my life who gave me the best fun days of Fairport. If you ever happen to come upon a deaf kid chasing his dog, or pulling pranks and jokes on his drama classmates, curious of science, the want to learn computers, and turning an old apple computer inside out.. do me a favor. Be his friend and encourage him to live his dreams.
Just save a spot inside a catholic church or watch the Amtrak trains roar through and make note of them. One other spot in the oxbow bend area of the canal (before all those damn new homes were built) holds some precious memories and a secret hideaway with friends. It's also a place where I often sat and enjoyed nature too.

Good bye, Fairport, NY. Long live and Rip roar rowdy red raider proud it will always be!

Two bits of news hits close to home.

G'day Everyone.

There's two bits of news that hit close to the home of my heart today. Both are a deep concern in everything else.

Let's start on Iran. Iran has been the bully of the world lately. They're not going to get any better till God deals with them as a nation.

That part of God dealing with Iran may just happen. Here's a bit of news that concerns Iran:

In this story, a real Christian pastor was caught and arrested by the Muslim rulers of Iran. They tried him through their laws and their courts. The Christian pastor refused to repent and deny his faith of being a christian and convert to being a Muslim.

In other words: according to the Muslim law of the Quran, he must be executed.
This man of God will be honored by God when he dies because he will NOT deny the faith of Jesus Christ.

By then, God will judge the nation of Iran himself. The people of Iran must over throw their evil rulers or God will strike HARD in judgements. Those judgements could be weather, earth quakes, tornadoes, or whatever it be. Pray for the people of Iran, because God will do His will upon them.

Meanwhile, the second news report hits much closer as a person, like all of us in the deaf community work closely with the disabled community.

I know I talked about gay teens being bullied, but hearing disabled kids and deaf kids being bullied?! That makes me angry! Even as a deaf disabled man, I would want to find that kid's bully and tell him "How does it feel to become the victim of your own handicap?". I would like to take that bully and show him that boy's body.
But you know, bullies take pride in causing the death of their victim, even if it is NOT their intent, but they claim it as a badge of honor.

You know, when these bullies show up in God's court, they're going to wish for mercy and they WON'T get it!

This coming month of October 2011: I want to make this month as a DEFEAT THE BULLY MONTH and Defend Gay and Disabled TEENS month. We need to get the word out. Defeat the bully and make sure he has no more power.

Let us work together with every school in the nation and the world.

G'day readers!

Lately, I'm starting to enter a writer's block. That happens from time to time. I recently updated to a new Internet program and I'm seeing improvements. I'm still learning as I go through that.

Meanwhile, Seek Geo is back on his site. Actually on youtube and tumbler. That's where his videos are. So when www.SeekGeo.com does come down, that will come down off the list of my related links. Geo has been though the rough of his days since his former partner, Jes, left him. But, everyone has encouraged him and he's bounced back. Good to know Geo is ok. :-)

But just be aware, not every gay relationship ends well these days. Especially long ones. Pray for them.

The last few weeks, I've been thinking of Micah Brown and praying for him as he's about to enter Prison. But personally, I'm not going to comment about him any more on here as he's gone from our lives. Much to say that I will be keeping in touch with him via snail mail. So personally, I'm asking my readers to please put Micah Brown on your prayer lists for next 20 years or less. He will need our prayers for survival in prison.

With Micah out of the way, I'm still reading more reports about gay teens and their bullies. Gay Teen suicide is on the rise and getting worse and bullies are cheering their deaths in a very celebrated way. But I am afraid for one thing that will happen one day. When another gay teen takes his life and his bully that celebrates his victory of his victim's death, he just might stare into the barrel of a gun that is held by the gay teen's friends. The bully might plead for mercy, but when the trigger is pulled, that bully will find out really fast what it's like to die: PAINFULLY!

So let me say this clearly: If you hear someone mention suicide, even if just a passing remark, please react forcefully. Make sure people (especially gay teens) are not thinking of suicide. Get them professional help. Listen to their pleas. Get the school (if they're gay teens), get the police, and get the parents involved. A bully loses his power when everyone becomes aware that he is hurting his intended victim. When the victim is taken care of, attention turns on him and bullies become cowards, pleading for mercy and NONE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM. NOTHING but the FULL PUNISHMENT in the darkest prison cell where they belong and their parents arrested for it.
Nobody doesn't have the right to cause someone to commit suicide. Death is a one way ticket to hell if you are not saved by grace. Suicide is like the final end of a painful life that being traded for some thing more painful.

So please, help gay teens defeat bullies today. Prevent suicides. We all should be working together and listening to our friends in their lives. Very important!

Old NASA Satellite falls down....soon.

Update: According to the news reports, The old NASA Satellite has fallen and all of us are now safe. News report

But you know, how many other space junk will remain in orbit? God only knows. Until then, watch the sky.

There's a story this week that puts everyone on alert to watch the sky. If you see something streak by, then you are a very lucky person to see it. What's that streak?

OLD NASA SAT

As the Satellite tumbles down through the earth's air and burning up, there's a good chance some of it will survive the burn and do a land impact...somewhere.

If and when it does come down, don't touch it! Take pictures if you do find it and call the police and the fire dept. Do tell them to send the hazmat team for it. Any part of a Satellite is still pretty much government property.

However, a long time ago, about 25 years ago (in 1976) when I lived in Fairport, NY.. it was at a time we wanted to build a new building near the canal. But standing in that way was an old building on the site. So during the 4th of July that year, the town celebrated and painted a big TARGET on the old building and said "Skylab: hit here!".

SkyLab was an old space station that was coming down as it wasn't fit for use any more. Everyone hoped it would hit some where, but didn't care less about the destruction it would cause. Just as long as it destroyed a building.

None the less, Fairport was disappointed when Skylab was given a controlled descent and hit an ocean as it came down. However, this bus size OLD NASA Satellite is NOT controlled. Where it hits is a question right now.

So if you see something streak across the sky today, consider that it's not coming down in your area. But chances are if it does come down, pray it doesn't hit a building or kill someone on the ground.

The next time you have a clear sky at night and you see all those "stars" up there, just remember one thing: it's space junk. Some day those space junk will come down too. It's just a matter of time. For now, shine on space junk!

Troy Davis.. executed

G'day Everyone.

I am troubled by the State of Georgia that did everything possible to insure that Troy Davis would be executed last night and he formally was executed.

As Troy Davis dies, law enforcement and the courts have already lost their public relations battle. Even though 7 of the 9 witnesses recanted, the courts refused to consider the case nor grant mercy as well. It is no great wonder why the State of Georgia wanted to put an innocent man to death when one of their own police officers have been shot to death quickly as possible.
The police and the prosecutors have gotten their wish granted by the courts. Blood is on their hands and the State of Georgia could face a greater risk of God's wrath through a major storm could visit upon them.

Capital punishment, that is the death penalty, is worthwhile. But only if it's used correctly and beyond the shadow of a doubt of any one's guilt that the person charged really did cause the death of another person.

Right now, Capital Punishment is now under review in this country by many people. Troy's death could become a cause for a voter review in this country in many states. Since Georgia and Texas rush to put more criminals to death before the death penalty is yanked, how many more innocent men and women die without a shred of doubt?

Congrats to Georgia for killing Davis. If a storm, hurricane, or an earthquake strikes the State of Georgia, just remember, they killed Troy Davis for this to happen so that many people would suffer more.
